Really friendly and really caring. Super kind and generous. These are the features I may say about the staff member. The infrastructure of this hostel is another world. It's super, brand new with high level technology. I would expect those in high level hotels but this hostel owns everything. Brilliant place to stay.

it was a good stay for family. the staff were super helpful. the location is strategic, there's a lot of store nearby. breakfast is simple yet it was good. not much but you get what you paid for.

Amazing staff. Gorgeous welcome tea & snacks. One of the most outstanding breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel. Oh, and the rooms and grounds are gorgeous.

Talk about luck! I tried to book their hostel again, but they were fully booked! Luckily, I switched to their homestay, and the service was just as wonderful. While the location is a little out of town, the fantastic service completely made up for it! The room was spotlessly clean, and their bed was seriously comfortable. Being able to watch Netflix right in my room? That’s a luxury I rarely found throughout my trip in Indonesia!

Very friendly staff, clean hostel, they have everything you need. The best thing is that you can book a tour to Tumpak Sewu, Bromo and Ijen there. The tour was an amazing experience, it was much cheaper than other similar tours and our driver a great guy - he made sure we had everything we needed and was always ready to help.
