Lodgings in Krambitan

Everything. The location was absolutely perfect - surrounded by the sights, sounds and smells of the jungle, Anima is the perfect place to switch off, relax and reconnect with nature. The design of the property is fantastic with 5 beautiful buildings for visitors to stay and a fantastic communal dining space looking out onto one of two amazing swimming pools. The gardens are wonderfully vibrant and superbly kept filled with beautiful tropical plants and for on-site activities such as yoga, mediation and massage there are separate spaces which are tranquil and beautifully designed. But most of all there’s the wonderful hospitality from Sebastien and Rani and their amazing team of staff (and of course their delightful and dedicated team of dog helpers, especially Thor!). My partner Eve and I spent a perfect 8 days there and our only regret was not booking for longer.

39 nights in this hotel ! I can’t recommend it enough :) the people , the garden , the yoga , the massage , the food , the juices , the breakfast, the swimming pool … everything was perfect ! The room and the bed is very comfortable ! Lots of charm :) the energy of the place is soooo relaxing ! I left the place completely at peace. Thank you again Dukuh retreat !!

They staff were so kind and caring, when I arrived the immediately showed me to my room. The host offered to cook local dinner and breakfast everyday. On my first day of arrival I did not have a motorbike, the owner of the property was kind enough to lend me his motorbike so I could drive to the nearest ATM to draw money. This host goes above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay here. They also have massage area available at the property.

Wow such a great experience! This is a real Bali Homestay that are hard to find these days. The family takes such good care of you. Wonderful people in a welcoming environment. The rooms are modern and clean with a strong shower and good linen. The area itself is lovely. Good surfing at Yeh Gangga. Beach and rice field motorbike rides were fun. I will be back as soon as I can.

Great location - right in front of vast rice fields giving a feel of space which is now rare close to busy areas of Bali.

10/10 stay, everything you would want from a guesthouse. The owner is super friendly and will share his culture and his home with you. He can take you on a beautiful walk in the morning through ricefields and a stunning beach. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also delicious. Located in a very quiet, non-busy area as well.

Amazing…, over my expectations, It’s clean and also close to the beach just walking 5 minutes, and if want to Puri/Royal Palace Agung Karambitan also just 15 minutes by car/motorcyle

Beautiful place near Kelating Beach. The staff was very kind and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Dewa was an exceptional host throughout our stay. He really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great.

We book the place for stopover and no expectation, but suprisingly it's clean, calm, and totally worth the money. The host is very attentive and genuinly warm. Still very managable to drive to touristic area and also there's a beach close by.

Natural beauty of the surroundings

The beautiful location and the villas

The villa is just as pictured. The staff is warm and welcoming in an authentic genuine way. Its remote but they do everything to make sure we were connected. Truly appreciate all the event recommendations and wonderful breakfast meals. Communication was consistent and appreciated.
