Everything was perfect. The hotel is on the front line to the beach, tidy and clean rooms. Highly recommended

Location of the hotel, friendliness and warmth of the staff, cleaness, tasteful breakfast. The hotel has it's own part on Sanur beach, where sunbeds, umbrellas and towels are complementary. Good sized pool. There is free shuttle to the beach and Icon mall.

Loved everything about this hotel! Employees were lovely, grounds were beautiful (right near the beach) and the food was delicious.

Room and location as advertised. Great pool to swim in .Spacious beautiful room. Very well located in Sanur near shops, retaurants etc walking distance. Got a great ride from the Airport organized by the hotel upon request- Aji my friver was awesome

We stayed 3 nights at Akana. An executional stay, a friend was celebrating her birthday and they went out of their way to make it extra special and we are very grateful. The staff are what make this place! The hotel has lots of food and drink offers and some theme nights too. The room is a decent size and we really liked the pool area. It is walking distance to the beach and loads of shops and restaurants.

Looooved the big tree and the cute cat, I fell in love with that cat and she kept me company after my boyfriend left the country for work and I was feeling lonely. The rooms were amazing and staff was so nice. I felt at home here!

We chose this property for its convenient location while overseeing our house renovations. The apartment itself has a modern space and tremendous potential, but unfortunately, the overall cleanliness and detail-oriented maintenance require urgent attention.

i commend their attention to our needs, nice bali feel of the resort and the room is exceptional. we requested a take away breakfast for tour because pur tour starts very early and really they really responded ver well.

Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur is an excellent choice for a thoroughly relaxing time. The huge building exudes Balinese stle and culture. Our ground floor room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The paved external patio was a welcome addition as it faced into the sun. The outdoor environment, with its fun shaped pool entices you to explore, stop and enjoy. The poolside restaurant has a Wide range of delicious food. Breakfast in the main dining room had food options for all palates. Throughout our staff all staff members were very pleasant to chat with. The staff’s efforts helped ensure constant attention to guests’ needs.

Everything was really perfect for this hotel. Location: Icon Bali was next door..private access to the beach and sunbeds. The Glasshouse restaurant was also next door and Hotel Breakfast was serving there. Very friendly and helpful staff. They even helped us with Fast Boat ferry ticket. Room: veeeeery big and comfy bed. New designed and decorated room. Clean bathroom. Definitely come back here again if I go to Sanur.

Loved this hotel and the location in Sanur. The reception, dining areas and rooms are beautiful and the tropical gardens and Balinese architecture and statues were just magical and set the scene for our holiday in Bali. The breakfast were fantastic and we enjoyed the high tea every afternoon. The staff are excellent. and attentetive. Overall it was an outstanding stay and we are so happy we chose Puri Santrian.

the hotel gardens are amaze. can spend a day chilling in the garden and the pools. Breakfast is very good. Their restuarnat pizzeria also serves some good dinner.

I have stayed at Yulia 1 before and will stay again. It is a lovely oasis in Sanur. It is in an excellent location, even better now Bali Icon has opened across the road so access to the beach and beachfront restaurants is now even easier. The grounds are very green and cool with lots of birdsong. There are a lot of warungs nearby as well as more upmarket/western restaurants as well as plenty of spas for massages and other treatments.

The staff were fantastic! Super welcoming, friendly and helpful with good tips on local restaurants. The (included) breakfast was really yummy and substantial ~ lots of beautiful fresh fruit. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Convenient location.
