We chose Four Points by Sheraton Bintan as a birthday retreat for my husband, and it turned out to be a truly memorable and restful getaway. The resort is beautifully located, with easy access to the beach and nearby eateries serving local cuisines, which made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable. The surroundings were absolutely breathtaking — a perfect setting to slow down, reconnect, and appreciate the beauty of nature. We loved spending time at the pool, which was relaxing and well-maintained, and we also treated ourselves to the spa — a wonderful experience that added to the sense of indulgence and retreat. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long year. What really stood out was the warmth of the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay feel even more pleasant. Breakfast was sufficient with a decent spread, and it met our needs well.

Everything was superb but the hospitality and friendliness of the staff takes the win!

The resort hotel was nice and big with many activities to do with my family.

The villa was huge and really nice. The pool and beach area was quiet and attention from the staff was great (Trantok specifically). There was not many people on the beach which was great.

It was a unique experience and the ship hotel was very impressive.. Conveniently located next to the ferry terminal and easy to book activities within Bintan Island.

closeness to the beach, silence and only the sound of waves. shuttles between other parts of the complex make choice of dining facilities much wider.

We had breakfast in the villa as well as in the restaurant Legenda. Wonderful breakfast spread.

We rented a 3 bedroom villa which was very comfortable, great views and a nice private pool. The service was exceptional, the entire staff was so friendly and kind. We had a great time with our 3 daughters, plenty of activities offered for all ages which are well organized and fun. Restaurants offer a good variety of Asian and Western food. The beaches are beautiful, noting that they are not always swimmable due to occasional jellyfish, but we were able to get in the water most days. The pool is a good size. Overall very laid back, relaxing stay (we went off-season).

The infinity pool has wonderful views of the sea and the lagoon.

Nirwana Gardens is an exceptional resort, I love spending a few days there, the staff war very friendly, meals in the restaurants were delicious and the pool / beach was also a very nice place to be. The villa was very spacious inside, with all what we needed for our stay. It was surrounded by well maintained garden, in the resort itself there were possibilities for sport activities and also the option to book a trip outside the resort.

The place, the service, the quiet getaway - trust me ur time here literally runs slow.. I don't know for what reason. but as long as you don't bring work with u.. time runs slow which is miraculous for me. I'm a very busy person and my head is always thinking. i decided to leave laptop behind and this place is like a total rest. tried all the activities that I can book.. atv here is the best experience.. mangrove watching and blue lake are unique places as well.. worth to go coz these are only found in bintan... the service team here are superb.. great service.. they call themselves "friends" not workers or colleagues.. they are very good, attentive and really friendly atmosphere. Internet is available as well don't worry..

Very good value compared to the typical, luxurious hotels in the area. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. There is an affordable food court just around the corner.
