Lodgings in Serpong

The room was really spacious. The air conditioner worked really well too.

We went to the hotel because we had an Immigration medical check-up the next day. The property is about 5 minutes from the clinic. Great location! The property and pool were gorgeous as well and the breakfast was good.

It was an exceptional warmth, smile, polite, friendly, courteous all the staff, with our maximum interactions with front office staff. The location in the south Jakarta is great with Metro line just across the road and the biggest mall of the area is part of this hotel. The food was very exceptional. We loved our stay at DoubleTree. -Dr. Soni

It was clean, the bed and pillows were super comfy and great shower

The hotel met our expectations. It is very clean and has a friendly and helpful team. The location is excellent right next to a large shopping center. We can highly recommend the hotel.

It was extremely quiet and comfortable. Although located next to a larger road, I couldn’t hear the cars at all. The breakfast was very focused around local food, which was delicious, but also a great variety of western goods like scrambled eggs, pancakes, maple syrup, etc. There was a decent pool and sufficient fitness center to keep you busy if you decide not to leave the hotel

I really loved this accommodation! Everything was good! I didn't expect such a great accommodation experience in Serpong but it really made my stay memorable. It was a work trip but felt more like a holiday. The staff were friendly and the WIFI was great. I really loved the food! The breakfast buffet was the best I had in Indonesia. It had both a western and Indonesian buffet. Even room service food was wonderful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and large, the bathroom was fantastic! It was large and clean and had a lovely shower with soft water and a large vanity. The location was great too being close to the Summercon shopping Mall and some prime business hubs.

An absolutely perfect stay, we couldn’t have asked for more.

Near from market place and many restaurants

The view was good. Outdoor sitting all over was great Housekeeping is amazing They have great promotions everyday but they are gone unnoticed sometimes. Zulfikar at the pool area, Devi at the reception was very helpful

I asked to have quiet room and they prepare it for me. They give surprise one slice welcoming cake in the room

Please make water hotter is my only concern in shower

Nice and comfortable and by mall

Staff are their greatest asset!

Location, cleanliness, extremely attentive staff.

Location. It's near to almost everything that we need.

It's one of the best location in Alam Sutera area. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, room is clean and comfortable.

Extremely helpful and kind staff. Due to sudden illness we had to make arrangements, additional days at the hotel etc. No problem at all-our requests met empathy and kindness. MOdern, clean rooms. Services like free water, cooled and hot drinks at reception, day and night. Help with getting transport etc.

A true 5 Stars hotel in Serpong Gading with amazing breakfast. The SPA is awesome too. Complimentary mini bar and snacks. Invitation to lounge from 4 to 7pm.
