BE CAREFUL. This is not a hotel. This is an appartment managed by people who may not show up and may not answer by email/phone. And they barely speak english. I ended up being mislead as the name of the building is similar to another in the same area. But how could i know? They dont answer. Its pretty clear they are very badly organized. And worst ? They charged me even if i could not locate them and they refused to refund me.
But even if i located them? Where is the staff? WHERE????

I didn't have breakfast there because I was in a hurry but next time I will, I liked the hearts of the staff and them trying their best to make me happy, I had the best time of my life at your apartment.

It was comfortable. It is an hotel near the airport that is cheap. The staff is kind and ready to help. The room is not the best, but as said, my expectation wasn't big and I stayed there just for a night to leave again on the next morning

The rooms are beautiful and well equipped. Unfortunately, they pool closes at 7pm and we arrived too late too refresh ourselves.. The breakfast is excellent. Then hotel is not so close from the airport and there is nothing around in the area. We still liked our stay!

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is half hour drive from Airport... nothing else and please don't fall for free airport shuttle service. I well communicated my arrival time and after reaching out of the airport, I called them about the shuttle service, they said it will be at airport after 1 hour to drop someone and will pick you... I paid for van ride, costed me money but I reached in half hour atleast...

We stayed at this hotel at the airport for one night, arriving late and leaving early the next morning for another flight. The staff was exceptionally helpful - picking us up at our gate, helping us to get settled in for the night, giving us a wake-up call in the morning, and sending us off with a packed breakfast! The room was very quiet (amazing for being at the airport) and the facilities were very comfortable. Thank you so much!!!

The towels are clean; the bathroom is ok, the bed is alright, and Breakfast can be improved.
The location is ok, although it is not close to the bus stop, close to the airport, and the hotel provides a shuttle van to the airport

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making the experience very pleasant. Each morning, they provided us with two bottles of still water, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was comfortable and offered great value for money. The only minor issue was that the room smelled of cigarettes, which wasn't pleasant. Despite this, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in Jakarta.

The staff were very polite and helpful, always eager to help me. The hotel is beautiful, very convenient, well located, and close to a shopping center. The food was really good; however, for western travelers, there is not much more variety, especially in the breakfasts. I missed some options for getting a sandwich for breakfast, yet the food was very good, with a great variety of Asian and Indonesian meals.

We booked a two-person room and we had a couch with a sort of extension, almost impossible to sleep on it. The hotel is located on a main street and the noise was high all night. We couldn't sleep and we decided to leave in the middle of the night to the airport.
