The rooms were comfortable very clean and clearly had been recently renovated. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Everything! Beautiful location, house lovely and clean and contained everything we needed and then some. Both Adam and Trisha were so friendly and helpful.

Room 509 was perfect for our family. We loved the skylights and the separation between the kids and the parents beds. The bathroom large enough for 4 of us. We will definitely stay again when in Athlone.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location on Lough Ree with plenty of activities. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Food was delicious too. Would highly recommend.

Close to town, there is a wonderful pub in the building as well. Locals were friendly and interesting. The Owner/Hostess was amazing, super helpful and the Irish Breakfast was one of the best I had in Ireland. Loved the teapot and tea assortment in each room.

Beautiful, peaceful, if the price was doubled, it still would be a bargain. Quiet country setting. If you closed your eyes and pictured the perfect bed and breakfast and then opened your eyes, you’d be here.

Very nice place. Would definitely stay again. I apologize for the major doody stains in the toilet bowl. Had the "whiskey shitz". Excellent breakfast.
