Great staff, great location, great value.

The property is located right in the centre of town - just 2 minutes from the train station. It is very clean & looks like the photos. Losah is very lovely and attentive, ensuring that all of her guests are warmly welcomed and have everything that they need. As our train arrived in town a couple hours before check in, she provided me with detailed instructions on where they are located & how to access the building so that we could leave our luggage there.

Very close to the train station, 2 min away, just pass the street. Very clean and well maintained. Coffee machine, tea and fridge in the room. Very friendly staff. We did a late check in and received detailed instructions about the location and entry process. Many restaurants around, including the one where is the breakfast. Nice self-service breakfast + eggs we liked a lot.

The staff at reception were very friendly and spoke excellent English. The hotel is modern, very clean, and well maintained. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was large and comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious. If you're looking for a modern, high-quality hotel, this is an excellent choice. It's also a perfect place to stay if you're planning to take the Bernina Express, as it's just a short walk from the train station.

Window shades blocked all light. With strong ac it was ideal for a perfect rest. Everything was new and clean. Excellent front desk service. Beautiful town with amazing food and scenery.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet area with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Such a lovely hotel, the rooms are very tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and lots of little extras in the room. We had a great night's rest, no noise at all. We had a fabulous breakfast the next morning with a delicious homemade cake.

Our group love this place the best in this trip.We can use washing machine and sue the kitchen.Good view.Close to suppermarket,clean but don't have lift you must climb to the 3rd floor but again you will see the best view too.

We had a very pleasant experience. The accommodation is very clean, the rooms are modern, spacious and well maintained. The host was extremely kind, welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. The location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk from the train station where the Bernina Express departs, which is very convenient. We felt great and would definitely come back. I highly recommend this accommodation!

The property owner was very welcoming. He personally came to pick us up from Tirano railway station, as it was difficult to find an Uber. Since the apartment is located in the mountains, walking was not an option. Mr. Bruno also arranged transportation back to the railway station, as our stay was unplanned for me and my family. We had a wonderful and completely unexpected night. The location offers a breathtaking mountain view when you wake up, and since it was the end of December, it was not a crowded season. I truly appreciate the great Italian sense of hospitality. Thank you.

Location was fantastic, very close to to the station for the Barina Express. The check in was so easy and the best we have experienced in our trip so far, brilliant.

Staff - very nice, welcoming, helpfully, and ready to serve their clients from their best knowledge and capabilities including catering in their restaurant in the hotel, although it is a small restaurant when compared to others, they provides nice Italian food, you must try - Highly recommended.

Bright, clean, spacious and well appointed

It’s perfect, near to the station and perfect for resting and sleeping. The manager is very friendly, responds quickly, sends a video with instructions on how to access the place, and they have a good breakfast. I had a health issue caused by the cold outside when I went out to look for a restaurant, but the manager arrived immediately, she cares about ensuring her guests have a pleasant stay. Than you!
