Convenient, cozy, & comfortable.

Location was 7 minute drive to Gotemba Premium Outlet.And mostly less than 30 mins from many sites. And most of all the price was very affordable.

Pretty nice hotel, the room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. There is a public bathroom which i enjoyed a lot and it's open till 2 am or something. But mostly i'm really grateful for the staff which was really welcoming and helpful through some stuff i had to figure out. If you're in a rush, the mcdonalds and sushiko close by are really handy.

it had everything we needed and more, great room size and the staff was honestly amazing - helped us so much when we needed to send something and when we needed help traveling - i would come back just for the staff alone! there was a family mart right outside which was great but they also served dinner (and breakfast) for some price if you didn't buy it as part of your stay.

The location is great. Short walk from the Gotemba Railway Station. And just a stone throw away, we found a Ramen Noodle shop. Great service and taste. The best yet…early morning we saw Mt Fuji right in front of our window!!!!

Very nice for kids to run around while staying next to outlet. Food and facilities are very food. Staffs are nice.

We had poor weather during our stay but we got very lucky the morning we woke up before our hike. The view of Fuji from the window is incredible! The proximity to the station can't be beat.

A private house right in nature, the apartment is spacious and well-equipped with a nice garden. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, attention to small details like a mineral water dispenser in the kitchen.

The property was very clean and had many cleaning supplies in case were needed. All linen and towels used were clean. The location was very close to many good restaurants (though beware they close early!) including a supermarket! It was 15 minute drive to Hakone volcano summit and around 5 minute drive to popular onsens and hiking areas. The area is very quiet so beware for groups to not be too loud at night. The owner was very thorough with check-in and check-out information so we did not have any trouble. The internet worked great and so did all amenities. I was happy I could bring my dogs! They had a great time at the little gated area offered!

They have onsen so you can relax, terrace to view Mt Fuji. The staff were very accommodating to foreigners. Very close to supermarket, Daiso, Uniqlo and station.

Privacy, Luxury, Minimal with full services

It was very clean which I love & customer service was excellent! We enjoyed it. I just wish the breakfast was open when we were there.

The location of the property , Mt. Fuji views and inhouse onsen is a definitive plus.

I only stayed here for one night but I really enjoyed my stay. While the hotel is older, everything is clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English well. There’s lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance to the hotel. My room had an incredible view of Mt. Fuji that I will forever remember waking up to!

I loved the onsen. Clean and great temperature. Provided laundry detergent was a plus!

Everything about this hotel was great. The Japanese breakfast was amazing. The room was spotless and they gave restocked our room with a bottle water for free. The garden with the fish pond is beautiful. The hotel is within reasonable walking distance from a 7 eleven. But having a car to go around is best. The parking garage is great.

Everything is perfect worth the money and the hotel stuff really nice.

It's fairly priced. Decent facilities. Good location.
