Very convenient location as it's right next to the train station. Room was clean and modern and had everything we needed.

Location was not far from the metro station.

It was a really nice and spacious place, with a full working kitchen and multiple rooms to choose from and was really clean

I like the cleanliness. I like the spaciousness. The rooms were very accommodating. You almost feel like you're the only first guest there due to the cleanliness. It was a very well kept place.

Instructions were not too difficult.

First staff service. The staff were very helpful, and the check in was very easy no complication. The amenity in the room, everything needed was there, iron was available no need to request it everytime compare to other Hotels. Also the Meals, for example if there is food that you cant eat for different reason, inform te restaurant and they will prepare a meal for you. I was very thankful regarding the food.

It has onsen or hot spring inside

The cleanliness, the ease of checking in the hotel. Lots of free amenities, and laundry stations available inside the hotel
