Amazing value for money, perfect location - right by the ferry port, about 5-10min walk to monorail station and the main shopping street. The staff was lovely and the roof pool and hot tub absolutely perfect after a long day!

The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do by foot and utilising monorail. Staff were great, very friendly, and always with a cheerful smile and greeting when we went through lobby. Rooms were clean and serviced well, had clean towels left for us each day. Laundry facilities onsite were an absolute bonus. Overall, the hotel stay for us was great, no complaints at all.

I loved everything about this property! Quite literally the best guesthouse I’ve ever stayed in! Recommend it 100% for all female travelers. It’s so nice to have a designed space for female travelers to rest and feel safe in. What a gem!

It was spotless clean and check-in was easy.

When we checked in the lady at the desk was super friendly and we had a good laugh together. She walked us to our room, showed us where everything was and made recommendations. We felt we were staying in somebody's home who cared for us. The place was nice and clean and very well accommodating to our needs. The location was only a 7 minute taxi drive from the airport.

That there was a 711 on location and the food was good.

My stay was so comfortable and restful even though we had so much adventure during daytime. Beds were cozy and the room was big enough in comparison to nearby hotels. Super, super clean, luxurious, and 5 min walk from kokusai dori street. They have laundry service! The online information does not say it, but it has!! There is parking lot at the basement. Overall, I will definitely come back to the hotel!!

The location was super convenient and about 5-8 minute walk from Monorail station. Facility was well kept and was run proficiently. Staff was awesome and very professional. They were very helpful and answered questions easily. There is a public bath on the 12th floor for men and for women, and these are easily accessible with convenient times. The location is near the beginning of Kokusai-dori street and a world of shops and eateries. All walkable with ease. Parking was available on site (additional costs) and extremely convenient. We had a rental car to explore other areas of Okinawa. If not for that, I would not have had a rental car.

The hotel is connected to a donki so it was great to get things whenever we wanted to. The hotel staff were nice and welcoming. The hotel room was big for a Japanese hotel. We were able to lay out our luggage on the floor with no problem (we just had to move the bed more closer to the wall, which was no problem). The bathroom was very clean and not cramped. I loved how the hotel room had a laundry machine near the door. It wasn’t a coin laundry so we can use it whenever we want. Laundry detergent was provided too. The hotel breakfast was good. They had local dishes and you can eat with a view of the city and water.
