Lodgings in Tachikawa

Great location, on site parking and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The place is very accessible staff are good Will definitely come back and recommend

Near to station and pretty quiet

JR Tachikawa Station and the Tama Monorail are right outside and makes it so easy to get around. The staff went out of their way to teach me about the facility. Food delivery right to the table. The sauna was hot and huge.

I really liked the onsen and free breakfast

The room was great and staff is helpful 😀

Nice location, room was very clean

This place was amazing! We were traveling and out flight got delayed by a day and a half, starting at 0200 in the morning. Within half an hour we had a reservation with them and they called us a cab to pick us up. Within an hour we were able to finally relax after a full day of travel, and our poor cat wad able to get out of the carrier. They gave us a same day reservation and extended our stay to include the morning we arrived to check in way early. Upon trying to depart to the airport the taxi companies kept canceling on us and these guys called us another cab and had us to the airport in under 30 mins. Can not thank them enough. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had. 11/10 would recommend.

Max is an awesome host, and the property has everything needed to make your stay feel homey and comfortable, great view out the window too.

The location, the cleanliness, the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff

The house was always clean. Beds were comfortable! The host was exceptional! Very welcoming and friendly since we came! Thank you! ❤️

Thier breakfast was excellent. The facilities were clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

The view was beautiful! I love how close it was to tachikawa station. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel room was very clean. The staffs were very nice.

Everything was great except the noises that came from the night and early-morning trains. The staff were very cordial, thank you for taking care of us!

Clean, close from everything/bus stop and train station, convenient

The facility was amazing and it was phenomenally clean, and customer service was excellent as well! I appreciate the owners hospitality and I will be telling ALL my friends and family in the area to stay here in their future stay.

The property is very good. Our stay was also excellent. Only drawback is it is little away from center. If you have a car, distance will not be an issue
