The lounge was very relaxing and large. The location was great for what I was going to, especially if you plan on going to Disney. It was easy to go to and from the airport.

My wife and I absolutely loved this place. We each got a free happy hour drink both nights, and the included breakfast was very tasty and healthy (omelette and salad). We also ate in the restaurant some in the evening, and everything was very tasty. The staff are all soooo kind and helpful. For about $6 they can wash/dry a laundry bag that you fill. Our room (which was only for two people; we did not stay in the dorm-style rooms) was clean and comfortable, and the whole facility was clean and quite cozy. Close walk to the main train station (no more than 10 minutes).

The Sotetsu Hotels The Splaisir Yokohama is a very nice hotel. We ended up staying in the Superior Double, which was very nice and roomy. The hotel is conveniently located about a five minute walk from Yokohama station. The room was very clean and modern. This a classy hotel for a reasonable price so it is a very good value. The Yokohama station area is a bit tricky to navigate as there are multiple levels of walkway bridges, but once you figure it out, the hotel is easy to get to from the train station.

Super CLEAN and fancy setting. Staff are super helpful, from carrying luggages, to answering queries, and being super thoughtful for me for breakfast options when I said I can't have milk and staff give me alternatives. I was surprised to have 3 beds when there are 3 of us.

Location is fantastic! Walkable to multiple train stops for all the main lines. 7-11 right outside. Brand new hotel, clean and modern. Staff are helpful. Rooms are small but that is expected for central Tokyo, we managed with two people and large suitcases no problems. Windows are soundproofed, cannot hear any traffic with windows closed so peaceful sleep.

The apartment hotel is located very close to Shinjuku Station, in a calm and quiet little alley. All the services and amenities of Shinjuku are so close and reachable in a few minutes of walking. The staff is very friendly and the vibes inside the hotel are very nice! The room is tiny but cozy, perfect for one or two people. Everyday towels change is luxurious : ) The bed is very comfortable, AC is running well too!

Good location and fairly calm environment. A full apartment, which gives the sense of everyday living, compared to a hotel, which is more separated from the city itself. Equipment was quite full and machinery was modern.

Loved the vibe of the capsule hotel. It is clean, futuristic, and provides a sleep report if you opt for that. Great to try out for one night, wouldn't recommend it for more.

Most comfortable beds during our trip to Japan! The bookshelves on each floors are a nice addition and make the hotel an experience, not just a place to sleep. The staff was very communicative, understanding, and concerned when we were delayed because of the Shinkansen crash, which made us feel personally appreciated.

The hotel entrance is on a corner. On one side, a very nice burger place and starbucks, on the other, the redline district and homeless kids. The room smelt so bad, I didn't sleep and checked out early. It smelt like cigarettes, the bed was so soft (in a bad way), and the room was overall dirty. The bathroom was very clean. The luggage storage was great. It seems like a hotel booked by the hour, but paid for the night. Horrible.

We were picked up from the train station by the hostess who is incredibly friendly. She gave us great tips on hikes, restaurants and general tips on what to do and see in Nikko. The apartment itself is spacious, especially when you’re arriving from relatively cramped hotels in cities like Tokyo. Also really liked the traditional Japanese bedroom!

Everything about our experience during our stay was beyond our expectations. Clean, quiet, well appointed. We'll definitely go back and stay longer here. We loved the private onsen and the Traditional style accommodation, it's definitely the most memorable accommodation we had out of the 6 hotels we stayed in during our trip to Japan

It is budget friendly, but the baths and toilets were clean. The sleeping space was enough considering a capsule hotel and the fellow room mates were really considerate and well behaved making the stay really good. The staff were friendly and able to communicate in English adequately.

Excellent location, very nice hotel with big rooms, very clean, big bathrooms. Nice staff, and perfect place to have as base for vacation in Tokyo. Shimbashi station is very close and has many of the subway and train lines. Many good restaurants around and very close to Ginza district. We could certainly stay here again.

This was close to the end of our two and half week Japan trip, and we had already been to many hotels and accommodations: If you are looking for ascetic Japanese inn, this is for you. You won't get much for basic fare, which for our trip was twice or thrice the normal price for a night, but if you are happy with a public bath, yukata and tatami mat with a futon on it, you are in for good times (we weren't).

The apartment was very spacious for Tokyo. The bed was comfortable and plenty big for my husband and I plus our 4 year old. There was also a nice playground about 5 minutes away. The area is nice a quiet and felt safe. There's a basic market down the street. The hotel staff was always responsive to my requests. There are some nice restaurants in the immediate area that I happened to stumble into on the back streets but they were hard to find and google maps wasn't much help. There are lots of restaurants 12- 15 minutes away.

Our second time staying here. This time, with another companion. The room was very clean and lovely. I will definitely come back to this hotel :) It’s so cozy, and got an apartment vibe - which is a us for me, because I felt really comfortable and at home. The area / vicinity is quiet, not a lot of tourists noticeable, but still close to the subway / JR line - and a lot of tourist spot areas by train. Close to Skyliner and a lot of restaurants :) The staff were very welcoming and helpful!

This hotel unlike other hotels, more like the motel style. Customer service is good, hotel staffs help us ship the luggage to our next hotel. Housekeeping once every 3 days, they leave new towels and supplies outside your door on daily bases. There are 7/11 and Lawson close by, a bit further from train stations, but within 10 mins or so, quite a bit of diner close by.

Best hotel on our 4 weeks trip! Nice reception by English speaking staff, large room. Everything was new, highest quality and super clean. Sleeping on futons was a nice experience, but 2 nights was enough for me, not being used to it. The hotel is in walking distance to Odawara station, the castle (which you can see from the room) and the beach. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay at SOLA hotel! The staff were friendly and very kind. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and it was perfect for a family of 4. We loved relaxing on the day bed on our little balcony viewing the Tokyo sky tower. We enjoyed the rooftop and had dinner up there one night. I loved that there was a washing machine on the rooftop. The apartment size was very good. Lots of 7/11 and convenience stores within short walking distance. Quiet neighbourhood amongst locals. Away from the bustle. Highly recommend!!

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel especially as they provide a regular shuttle to the airport. It was also great that breakfast was provided. The room was smaller than I expected but it was fine for what I needed. I had a comfortable night sleep and the bathroom was good.

We stayed three nights. We were looking for something close to Tokyo station and a good price. This hotel offers both those things. You are a 5 minute walk from the station. You can get anywhere in Tokyo in 30 minutes or less from there. The room itself is exactly what we needed. Had a cozy bed and all the amenities you require. Most importantly the air conditioning was great. The only time I was in the room was to sleep.
