Yes its clean and very near to train station

Nice hotel near train station. Fair price.

This place exceeded my expectations. Great place for good value! Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was also really polite and friendly :) I would come back here again if traveling solo.

sauna and bath very clean, as well as the capsule bedding.

The room is nice, full of free amenities, bed is comfortable and the shower+bathtub is the best i had during my stay in Japan. I didn't know it was a love hotel when i booked it, but it was so much better than many other places and for an excellent price.

Good place to stay. Bed is very comfortable. Great service from owner. Everything well organized.

Japanex Ichikawa was very clean and lots of rooms, very comfortable for the 5 of us.

The location is so close to the station, that the room is cheaper than the quality provided, the staff was super frindly, the room was big and comfortable and the services inside the hotel was goid.

Great place, good Staff and very tasty Breakfast in Japanesse Way:)

Really enjoyed our stay even if its just for 1night. The breakfast was so good. And the staffs were also helpful.

One train ride to makuhari. Close to shops and 24 hour stores. Walking distance to train station and bus station. Breakfast buffet was good.

The room was clean and comfortable, although a little small. The hotel’s location was excellent, close to Kaihin-Makuhari Station and convenient for both Tokyo and Narita Airport.

Professional staff and convienient services and amenities. Location was great and checking in, out, and storing luggage was seamless.

Cleanliness and ambience… staff members are all very respectful.

I did not have breakfast there. There are so many places to eat around the hotel. Hotel is right on the station so you can ride JR or Keisei without getting wet! Price was reasonable for the location.

The staff was very friendly and kind. Great location as it is close to the station. Value for money, can't ask much for the money paid.

Ideal location - a few minutes walk from JR Funabashi station. Staff were extremely helpful to the point where the manager escorted us to a certain store that we were looking for. Rooms were cleaned daily and there was an affordable coin laundry. Also, tokens were given for refreshments which was a lovely gesture. So happy I came across this hotel. Definitely would stay here again.

とても優しいフロントのお姉さん。

Very easy to spot and wonderful staff

The meat in the morning was very nice and the place was clean.
