The family lives downstairs, while you stay upstairs. Good AC and internet. Also the options to rent a board and bike.
Everything was clean and the host was very friendly. Although communication in English was difficult, they tried their best. Also offerer me a ride to the train station, which was very appreciated. Thank you!

I decided to stay here on my last night in Tokyo because I had a super early flight the next day. This is my second time staying in this capsule hotel, and I think it's a decent place to stay for cases like mine. The place is pretty basic, but they provide what you need. Had a very restful sleep before my flight.

The location was great, easy to get to from the airport and very accessible to other places in Narita. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was decent size, had a nice desk area so I got some work done. There was a plug in the room that fit every phone/tech device, which is great for those that don't have their own adapters. There was a robe and nice slippers in the room. The "amenities bar" at the lobby had many options.

I love that the hotel and the hotel room are cleaned and nice. Although it does not have a onsen but each room has a onsen look alike bath room. Love it. This was my 2nd time staying in the hotel. Free parking at the hotel or near by public carpark.

Good arrangement of hotel shutter bus service to and from Aeon Shopping Mall and Narita airport. Spacious and comfortable room for 3 persons. The facilities are enough and clean and quiet environment.

It was or seemed to be a very nice hotel… before Covid.
Since than, they have given up.
Still good for a night to sleep, but that is all. And, you get a reasonable good breakfast in the morning.

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel especially as they provide a regular shuttle to the airport. It was also great that breakfast was provided. The room was smaller than I expected but it was fine for what I needed. I had a comfortable night sleep and the bathroom was good.

Once again i trusted APA, once again i was not disappointed.
The most crucial thing to me is the bed confort, after all that's why i paid : to sleep.
Apa did not disappoint, this hotel uses a foam mattress (which is not common in JP ) and i had a wonderful night sleep.
The staff was competent and did speak english, you also have a public bath free to use.

Airport shuttle was okay.
Room was old & tired. Bed was as a hard sleeping on the floor,
We were there early & I asked if we get into our room & was told yes as long as we paid $10,00 per hour. I have never heard of this before. We didn't take them up on their offer.
Only found out that they never had a meal at night until we asked.

This was a hotel to sleep in after a long flight. The room was comfortable and quiet. The shuttle bus service was easy to get and efficient. The breakfast was a good choice of both eastern and western food.

After a long journey we only wanted to sleep - the location of the hotel was perfect, a five minutes walk from Narita station. A little bit "70th-flair", but everything worked well and it was very clean. Price /performance ratio was very good, I say. The room was relativl big for japanese standard and the staff was very kind.

The hotel is next to a shopping mall which has supermarket, food court, pharmacy, uniqlo, and other essential shops.
The hotel is close to JR line, easy transportation to other areas.
The hotel has welcome lodge/bar allows friends to sit together to chat and relax.
Buffets offer different type of food, freshly made.

We spent 3 weeks travelling Japan and stayed in 5 hotels. This was just a one night stop over before a flight but it was the best night sleep we had the whole trip. Room was so dark and quiet and the bed was super comfortable.
Lots of space in the room and was super easy to get to/from the airport on the free shuttle bus.

Travel tip: As we arrived late afternoon after a long flight instead of dealing with train to Tokyo then finding our accommodation in Tokyo we booked a Narita Hotel for two nights as it's quick and easy to get to ,slept in, enjoyed a lovely breakfast and looked around Narita Town, gardens and Shrine area which we highly recommend, then onto Tokyo-great decision. Room was small and basic, but clean and comfortable for a short stay , overall very good value.
