The room was clean and comfortable, although a little small. The hotel’s location was excellent, close to Kaihin-Makuhari Station and convenient for both Tokyo and Narita Airport.

It was at the train station. Restaurant and stores were nearby.

One train ride to makuhari. Close to shops and 24 hour stores. Walking distance to train station and bus station. Breakfast buffet was good.

Fantastic hotel if you want to stay outside of Tokyo but still have relatively fast connections into the city! Despite the hotel being located in a rather quiet area, you'll find multiple supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and the Soga train station mere minutes away on foot. Tokyo, Narita airport, Makuhari Messe event center, and lots of other locations and towns are easily accessible via public transport. The breakfast was amazing and consisted of a large buffet with freshly prepared meals (ranging from vegetables to meat and fish). I want to highlight how friendly and competent the hotel staff was, especially at the breakfast buffet - it was always a joy to eat there! Our room was more than sufficient, well equipped, and actually quiet spacious for Japanese standards. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

Awesome location and in close proximity to the main station and all the shops/stores/restaurants etc, superb! Stayed in the modern Annex building which is fantastic. Staff are exceptionally helpful, friendly and kind which always helps,

That coffee machine lifted my spirits each morning. The iced latte? Delicious. The tea? The perfect level of sweetness. I loved the lounge - it was so comfortable. The staff always greeted me each time and were thoughtful. Thank you for helping me with trying to solve my luggage question! Although we weren't able to book luggage transport (I realized too late it was a little too late to do it), still everyone did their best to try to help me. I appreciate it. And yes - for a solo female traveller it is perfect; the cabins are separated by gender and the bathrooms have all the amenities you might need, so you have nothing to worry about. Just outside there is a supermarket - I recommend you try their fresh fruit!

The location was great and close to the train station. The staff were helpful and kind.

the breakfast! the rice was so good I can eat it on its own (I don’t normally do that) their staff is very friendly and accommodating too! I stayed here as it was near the location I needed to go to for a concert (Makuhari Messe) and this hotel has a free shuttle bus that I took for convenience.

Property is in good location and has available parking. The room we avail was good price point and very spacious. Open air bath is good experience. overall very satisfied.

The hotel room is very spacious, clean and close to the train station as well as grocery and other restaurants and cafe. We love the bathroom the most since the toilet is separate from the shower and bathtub by a glass door and very spacious as well. The full-sized bathtub is even separate from the shower. Moreover, the view from the large bedroom window is quite relaxing.
