Lodgings in Nikko

Not expected to have breakfast when book this hotel but it is so excellent. Good location near by train restaurants and big super market.

Across the street from the station. Aswell a staff member kindly waited after hours for us to arrive when he didn't have to. Much appreciated

Cleanliness and service. I loved the colorful yukatas to wear around the hotel. Good buffet meals. Free karaoke if you go during morning and day time.

Bed super comfortable. Clean and modern. The washing basin, toilet, and shower are situated in separate areas, allowing guests to access them simultaneously. Smart design!

Room was small but clean. Breakfast was OK. Self-storage luggage was easy and efficient. In-house public baht was good after long walk in cold of Nikko.

Location, breakfast, outdoor onsen, lounge with coffee and big room with comfortable bed.

Everything was clean and perfect

Friendly, welcoming staff. Traditional Japanese room with tatami floor, futons, screens and low table with floor seats. Excellent location close to the Shinkyo Bridge and the Nikko National Park. Our room had the bonus of a balcony looking over the river. Lovely to sleep listening to the river flow. Nice to have the baths to use too.

Great location, staff was super helpful. full dinner had a wide variety of options with beer and sake on tap. Staying in the Tatake room is in a separate building with an old entranceway and basic facilities - price was cheap in alignment with this type of stay (without dogs). 3 pools - you'll find the appropriate temp for your taste Staff was very considerate

This single house is simply perfect. I strongly recommend it to visitors in the area and will hopefully be back.

The building and rooms are lovely, top quality. Getting into the location and parking was tight and difficult!

Very clean and had everything we needed. Cooked breakfast every morning and slept very well through the night. Very big space and near a lot of things to do. Parking was great and easy, and check in was very efficient.

We loved this hotel. It’s newly updated and the rooms are large. Breakfast and dinner was good. Best thing was the amazing hiking that you could walk to. Thought the lake and falls in Okunikko were nicer than the big lake and falls.

Great service and the onsen was very relaxing. They had traditional robes for the whole family with lots of great amenities to keep the kids busy.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The service was warm and professional, making it a wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was perfect. Our family had an amazing time. Highly recommended!

This was a very different stay. Although a little removed from the centre of town, the shuttle bus service made it accessible. A beautiful escape from the business of travel.

The hotel is being renovated room by room and ours was very clean and modern. It was a pleasant experience with great service from staff. They had rental games (uno, game of life etc) which was great to have. Onsen in the 1st floor was clean and we'll maintained.

Very nice staff. The room was very large with a great view of the bridge and river. Breakfast and dinner buffet had good variety. Onsen was large.

The best hotel I’ve ever been to. Staff was amazing, the hotel itself was unbelievable. Super comfortable, the rooms are so nice, the onsen is incredible. Truly a great traditional experience.

Very convenient to local shops and food. Room was a good size for myself and 2 others to sleep in. There was plenty of bedding provided and it was very clean. The view from the balcony in the room and the view from the lobby is one of the best features of this location!

We loved everything! great hot spring, great food, comfy room amd futon, great staff service :) Many Yukata variety was also fun. Facility was fun with karaoke room, game rooms, massage chairs, comic reading space etc. It was close to everything also. Private bath reservation was a surprise option especially for my foreign husband with tattoo. However it was competitive to book, hopefully they add one more private bath space :)

Everything was amazing - from the attentive staff, to the comfy room, the food, the view. There is even a library to relax and read in. Seven-Eleven just 9 minutes walk away, the area is very cute to walk around. Hope to visit again!
