Great location in the historic pedestrian center of Ettelbruck. Super nice staff welcomed my cat (I chose this hotel because it’s pet-friendly and only a 10-minute walk from the rail station). The bed in my single room was a letto alla franchese (bed and a half size), so very comfortable. Convenient restaurant attached with a nice covered patio. Narrow winding stairs, but there is an elevator, so all good when lugging a heavy bag.

Excellent hotel. Polite and friendly staff. Clean. Despite the fact that we did not book a table for dinner in the hotel restaurant, they organized a table for us. And the food itself was at the highest level.

Good location, very clean. Parking nearby was an easy walk to and from the hotel. Breakfast was also very good!

The place is clean, it's environmentally friendly, the accommodation cares about the environment and encourages the guests to do the same. They have some rules to ensure all the guests are comfortable during their stay.

What did we like? Practically everything! From the warm reception while checking in to the tasty breakfast that was delivered in a picnic basket outside the door to our room in the morning. The room was unique in its decor and exceedingly comfortable. The interior was well designed and thought out. Our stay was not simply a place to sleep, but a wonderful experience as well.

Surrounded by forests, Cocoon Hotel La Rive is located on the banks of Sauer River at the foot of Bourscheid Castle.
