Lodgings in Chouiter

I came to Marrakech as a solo backpacker. I didn’t have anything booked beforehand because I travel in my rental car to different cities. I came to Marrakech for New Year’s eve and every hotel and apartment was booked. I spent 4 hours trying to find something and everything was sold out. I stumbled upon Riad Dar Margoum and it was located about 30 minutes outside of the city center. I made the reservation online and the owner Khalid personally greeted me at the Riad. I was so grateful because I was getting ready to sleep in my car. I don’t have the words to say how beautiful this place is. The pictures do not show the true beauty of this place. If anyone is reading this Please come visit this place and you will get the best service from Khalid and the Chef Morad. After traveling all over Morocco and eating breakfast on the rooftop, My jaw literally dropped at the beaty of the Atlas Mountains in the background. May Allah bless you and thank you for your service!

Our stay at this villa in Marrakech was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness by the owners, Khalid and his wife, Nezha. They are genuinely some of the most caring, generous, and wonderful people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They made us feel less like guests and more like family. The villa itself exceeded every expectation. It was beautiful, spotless, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The property offered the privacy we were looking for while still being conveniently located near everything Marrakech has to offer. We spent five unforgettable days there, and honestly, it was one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve ever had. Waking up to the peaceful surroundings, enjoying the beautiful outdoor spaces, and having complete privacy made it the perfect escape from everyday life. Whether you are traveling as a couple, with family, or with friends, this villa provides the ideal setting to unwind and create wonderful memories. One thing we especially appreciated was the complete privacy of the villa and pool area. As a hijabi family, it gave us the freedom to truly relax, enjoy the pool, and wear our swimsuits comfortably without worrying about being seen. That level of privacy is difficult to find and made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend it to other hijabi families—or anyone looking for a peaceful, completely private getaway. One thing that truly stood out was the value. The price was extremely reasonable for everything that was included. The quality of the villa, the level of comfort, the hospitality, and the overall experience were worth far more than what we paid. We also fell in love with the area. Marrakech is a beautiful city filled with culture, charm, and some of the friendliest people we’ve encountered.

It’s a beautiful property, nice and clean, with a Moroccan charm.

The serenity, the kindness and care of the staff. The wonderful breakfast, the citrus trees which you can smell from your room, the terrace views of the Atlas Mountains, the olive trees, the sky at sunset, the pool, the tile work in the bathroom and the view of the setting sun from the bed.

Beautiful place well maintained with great staff . I love the atmosphere inside this place . Food was great . I highly recommend this Domaine as an awesome place to relax and have fun and is not far from Marakech city 25 minutes commute . Definitely worth it !!!

We truly enjoyed our short stay. The host was very kind and welcoming, the room was clean, and the peaceful morning atmosphere, with the garden, mountain views, and surrounding quiet — made it especially relaxing.

Amazing boutique villa with just a few rooms. Fantastic breakfast, swimming pool, gym, beautiful garden, fantastic experience overall. Medina is about 20km away (40mins by car), but if you want to be in nature with large heated swimming pool, then this is the place. similar places in Palmarie area will be approx 2x more expensive. so in our opinion this place is value for money. not to mention Bruno and Sabrina and their wonderful kids who were playing with our 3 year old daughter so well that she started to speak French (a little of course). And the interrior/exterior design. they have great taste and every material feels very luxury :) Jardin Sakina (similar to other places in Marrakech) have made everything that you do not leave the villa. breakfast, lunch, dinner is available there fresh.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It was very spacious, beautifully designed, and had a great ambiance. The breakfast was delicious, and the host was kind and welcoming.

everythying was amazing , we really enjoyed the stay all the facilities were available

Beautiful family run oasis. Quiet, peaceful and comfortable. Our room and terrace were large which was a welcomed change after so many tiny Riad rooms. Comfortable bed and bedding. Home cooked food. Hammam on property! Staff happily arranged anything we needed!

It looks magical! Such a perfect stay for a staycation — calm, vibrant and peaceful!

The place is amazing. Large and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very tasty food. Very clean.

Villa was great and spacious (4 rooms and bathroom) Garden and pool are beautiful The cook Fouzia cooked delicious breakfast and dinner Villa was not too far from Marrakech center (25 min which is ok) Perfect place to stay with the family or friends to rest in Morocco.

We spent Christmas Eve at Leila Farmhouse and it was the perfect spot for my family to gather mid way through our two week trip to Morocco and relax with a wonderful home-cooked meal, soaking up the lovely surroundings. The staff took great care of us and the meals were wonderful. We didn't have time for the pool, but it was gorgeous!

We spent 2 wonderful nights, a terrific calm and relaxing break from touring Marrakech. It’s a beautiful hotel, super clean and the food was great - the baked fish one of our best meals in all of Morocco. And without a doubt the best part of Palais Amador is the host family, Zac, Amira and La Señora. It was great to get to know them even briefly. All thanks to them for a very special stay!!
