Lodgings in Fez

The pool and garden was phantastic Food was excellent Location next to the train station and taxis

BTissam was very good during the stay and rest of the staff very professional and kind to us. It was lovely hospitality offered by the hotel. I recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Fes. See you in 2030 World cup or next in fes.

The property offers a remarkable living experience with its organized layout, pristine cleanliness, and strategic proximity to various amenities. Its orderly arrangement ensures a harmonious living environment, while the impeccable cleanliness adds a touch of comfort and well-being. Moreover, the close proximity to essential facilities enhances convenience, making it a practical and desirable choice for anyone seeking a balanced and accessible living space.

Great location. Warm hospitality from all.

Mia hotel, cheap price good hotel

Great place in all categories.

We really liked the interior design and style of the Riat. Furthermore was there always a friendly staff member available to help with any questions or wishes. We would always recommend this place. The location is just 3 minutes walking from the center of the old medina. Perfect stay.

The owner is very friendly and hospitable he told us about the locations that we must visit in the city, the staff are nice and supportive, they serve a nice bread its very tasty every one should try it.

What I liked its in a middle of an old neighborhood where you feel like you are part of history it shall give you a different experience than regular hotels. I booked for 1 night and also booked private tour to Atlas Mountains ( Ifran …etc) also they do accept cards no cash payments were done. Special thanks to Soufiane the (host) and the tour guide who were very professional and helpful.

Excellent breakfast . lots of options. bread, cheese, fruit, multiple dipping options like olive oil honey and peanut butte, freshly cooked eggs.

Value for money and clean. If you are driving ask for parking and park where suggested by Riad, it's literally 3 minutes from Riad. Recommended.

Good location, many taxis around the corner, walking distance to the Medina main blue gate entrance. The staff were very helpful and hospitable.

A peaceful gem in the heart of the medina! Riad Shama Fes is beautifully decorated, combining traditional Moroccan charm with modern comfort. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help. The rooftop view and breakfast were lovely highlights. A perfect place to relax after exploring the busy streets of Fes!

Staff was great. Room was clean and a great size. Pool looked really good but too cold for a swim. Internet was sufficient. Breakfast was pretty good. Location is in the “new city”, maybe a 25 minute walk from the Medina. More modern area, not a lot of Moroccan restaurants very close. It depends on what you want. If you want to spend all day in the Medina, this isn’t a great spot. We did tours of the Medina and middle atlas and were picked up at the Riad, so wasn’t a huge deal for us. This was at the end of our trip and we actually enjoyed a little break from the Medina and Moroccan food anyways!

The location is perfect, and we had a wonderful authentic experience and amazing hospitality from Mohammed. He helped with everything from taxi's, and tours, to even providing a WhatsApp message for the drivers in Arabic to assist our arrival. Please stay here, you wont regret it, you wont find any better.

The property was fantastic and very clean

My Wife Loved it....If Mama ain't Happy, ain't nobody happy... I did too

The whole hotel staff is incredibly kind, always smiling and constantly checking to make sure everything is going well. Mr. Soufiane, the Front Office Manager, is always present, ready to help and guide you with great professionalism. Imad at the reception is extremely professional and attentive. And special thanks to Halima at the thermal pool reception—she is truly very kind and welcoming. Hats off to the entire team 👏

We had a lovely stay at Dar Bensouda, a beautifully refurbished traditional riad that perfectly blends authenticity with comfort. The property is an old house thoughtfully transformed into charming accommodation, preserving its architectural heritage while offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of the medina. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was decent—simple but satisfying. The small pool in the courtyard added a refreshing touch, especially after exploring the busy streets of Fes. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace: quite spacious, with stunning views and a serene ambiance that made it ideal for unwinding. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend Dar Bensouda to travelers looking for an authentic Moroccan stay with warm hospitality.

The room was very spacious and decorated stunningly, and breakfast was generous, tasty, varied and fresh local produce. They even gave us breakfast on the first day on arrival, and even gave us the room before midday. Very convenient location to be dropped off by taxis (near a gate) and also not too far by foot from the main medina.

The whole staff were great from front desk to house keeping to the restaurant, Hagar, Salma, Safae, Yusuf and Wadii (those are the names i was able to remember)make you feel like family, very helpful on where to eat and what to do, the fact they had a gym open an indoor and outdoor pool and a sauna was a major plus....the breakfast was great as well. I highly recommend

All the staff was amazingly nice. The breakfast is very good with traditionnel fassi omelette and fresh orange squeed orange juice 🍊 The staff were also r eally helpful as we requested for a quiet room when we arrived 🙏🏻

It is an absolutely beautiful Riad in a convenient location, staff there are all very nice and accommodating, they made us feel like a family.

Air condition works properly in winter, which is rare in Morocco. Clean, quiet, friendly staff. The room is spacious.

Centrally located, had spacious room and ever helpful staff especially Ms Manal and Ms. Gihan at the reception desk. Also the service of the staff at breakfast restaurant was remarkable!

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location was very good

The property is in a very central location , very convenient to walk around the medina and see the sights. The people of the hotel were all very helpful and friendly and helped us a lot with all the requests that we had. They upgraded the room for us and made the experience even more comfortable and pleasant.

Great location just 5 a minute walk from the train station and a 15 minute walk to the medinas.

The atmosphere is just as warm and inviting as I had imagined

Clean and calme with a panoramique view in the rooftop, Cool stuff so helpful and too friendly..

Breakfast - it was abundant and tasty! The staff really accommodated everyone's preferences! Location - It is in the heart of Medina, but yet secluded so that there is no outside noise. Room - it was comfortable! Staff - everyone was really nice and helpful! They speak English really well, so it was easy to communicate :)
