Lodgings in Kopaonik

Staff, room, restaurant, spa...everything was amazing truly. Level of service from welcoming and cosy dinner in our room since we didn't get in time for regular dinner. Quality of the room, spa , food...I was truly looking for flaws but didn't manage to find them. Hotel was redone 6 years ago, but it looks better then some newer ones. Value for the money is unbeatable and really looking forward of coming back again. Putnik, amazing job!

The whole place reflects a very welcoming, warm and calming atmosphere. It is new and clean everywhere The room was spacious and very well heated. The esthetics are great- exactly what a winter mountain stay should feel like. The bathroom was warm, well maintained and clean. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The facilities were exceptional! The spa was always clean, well heated, aired and calm. The saunas were great the pool clean and warm at all times, the finish sauna has a breathtaking view, so does the whole pool. Now, before arriving there we wondered why there were no comments or photos of any food 😌 and we were a little skeptical regarding that part. When we first got at the restaurant we didn’t feel very pleased by what we saw. But! Please do not jump into any conclusions before you actually try the food! It is nothing but delicious!! To the extent that you can not stop! True, the display and the whole presentation could benefit from some updates and more modern twist but still- extremely tasty!! Home made! It is extremely local and traditional that’s also worth mentioning and keeping in mind. If you are ok with that you’ll have a blast! There are two remarks that I would definitely like to make hoping it will be improved : the meat was fresh that goes without saying, but cold. The dessert section was desperate! There were some dry cakes served over the whole stay and once there was no sugar in them- not intentionally! We personally didn’t mind and all the other things certainly outweighed it. All in all anyhow, the whole experience was exceptional and I highly recommend it. We are going back in March, that says enough.

Spacious, clean and location is great!

Everything was perfect, the lady at reception is great, useful and very kind. It is ski skool next to the hotel. So if you have children that like to learn how to ski this place is perfect for you. You can rent ski, and if you are part of ski skool you can use skislop next to the hotel. And it's not so expensive like in Kopaonik. The pool temperature is 28 and jacuzzi 31. The pool is small but children like it. The apartments are very well equipped with everything you need and they are big enough for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). There is a small market in the same building and also a good restaurant. But also there are 2 more restorants in a few steps away (neighborhoods hotels). So you have everything you need. We will go there and next year for sure. You can take your dog as well. It's pet friendly property.

Clean rooms, attentive staff ,pool and spa great bonus especially for kids, overall we had beautiful time here 10/10

Location is perfect and the staff were very friendly ..

We had amazing stay at Pavle’s apartment. Milan is great host, available 24/7. All recommendations for location and comfort. Clean and neat place to stay with your loved ones.

Perfectly used space, each of the details planed well.Hosts are thoughtfull regarding both ecology, economy and practiality. They even thought about spray sanitizer for surfaces ..as well as litetature for all demographics.. In case your orgsnisation doesnt allow time for skii pass, host put an effort to comensate it by plastic sledges. Comfy matresses. Savrseno planiran prostor i analiza najrazlicitijih potreba. Bravo!

The flat itself (not the resort) was nice, description regarding the flat was accurate. It had plenty of space, all necessary things for cooking, towels, decent TV and Internet.

The location and the environment.

Great room, spa and facilities.

The mountain views from the cozy lounge were breathtaking, the spa was a great place to unwind. The service was impeccable, making the whole experience feel very luxurious.

Everything.Especially the staff, everyone very polite and friendly . Rooms specious and clean , great spa centar and very nice food.

The spa is this place is INCREDIBLE!!!! It was so much bigger and had more stuff than we thought. Pool was the perfect temperature. Parking was easy and our room was spacious with a view over the valley. The staff were amazing. Make sure you have dinner or lunch in the restaurant. The waiters and food were amazing.

Excellent layout. Beautifully designed. Spaces and easily accommodates a family of four. Very pleasant and responsive host.

I have nothing but exceptional comments about Rtanj Eco Hotel. In fact I can't find proper words to describe our satisfaction with the overall service and hospitality. The hotel offers everything for a fantastic holiday! The staff is great and always ready to assist and make your stay unforgettable. The facilities are the best and well-maintained. All the food we were served was super delicious and abundant. The location is dream-like, right next to the slopes and deep in the pine forest. We will surely visit you again 😊

Everything was ok. The flat is not very big, but has everything you need. Very close to the slopes and good facilities around.

The place is cozy, clean and close to everything you need. The host is very polite and always ready to help if you need anything. I had a great time, and will definitely visit again!

Nice and cosy apartment. It's under the roof so we enjoyed good view and calm. Big staircase is useful to keep shoes. Great location: 5 minutes to the cable car so children can go home ourselves when they tied. Idea store and rental ski in the next door. Reasonable price for such a good location. Very friendly staff. The owner allowed us to stay two hours longer since there were no other guests that day.

Everything. Both apartments we have booked (one bedroom and two bedrooms apartments) were clean, newly furnished, well equipped. The personal was extremely friendly and helpful, and meet all our requests. There is a supermarket and ski pass vending machine within the facility, which is super convenient. Beside not located on or near the ski slopes, there was a bus taking the guests to and from the ski area.

The place is perfect. Great location, next to good choice of restaurants, but far enough from any noise. I found it really suitable for family trip. There was everything I needed to feel great and experience a nice ski holiday - free and spacious parking, ski room, free pool and sauna, helpful staff. I would definitely return next time.

The studio is new and modern, looks exactly as in the pictures.
