Lodgings in Bansko

I liked the food-breakfast a lot. I had low expectations for the breakfast quality and variety of the food, but it was such a positive surprise to find so much on offer and it was very tasty. I didn't book a dinner, but from what I could see from the outside of the restaurant looked very well, abundant choices and I'm sure tasty also. I wouldn't hesitate to book again at this hotel just for the food. The rooms were normal, nothing special but also enough for a few days.

Great food, friendly staff, comfy beds

Pool was great, staff were nice and helpful, rooms are cleaned every day, and they change towels every day also. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Hotel offers transport to the gondola. Private parking on site. Overall good for value.

All the staff we spoke to were amazing! Unfortunately, I don't remember their names, but they helped my fiancé arrange a surprise for my birthday, which meant a lot to me. We had a fantastic stay. The room was very clean, and the lobby was spotless too. The buffet breakfast was very good.⭐

Very nice hotel, maybe slightly old, but everything is in good condition. Breakfast is very good with omlet station, wide choice of dishes vegetables and fruits. Shuttle bus to gondola every half an hour in the morning and back after noon. Very clean, house cleaning every day. Very nice and helpful staff. Definitely recommend and will come again!

Their fast response to every demand. Katya was so helpful and positive. Tania speaks english very well, and she is very cheerful and helpful. Aneta was so nice as well. My daughter loved the kids club, the two teachers are very kind and nice towards them.

Staff was very kind and helpful(stayed in different hotels inBansko). It is also important to remind that Bulgarian people in restaurants and other hotels are not friendly and can be specified as rude people. Thats why it is very very warm and polite people in the lobby and housekeepers. Also hotel received my Amazon Germany delivery two days before I arrive to hotel and keep it in luggage room and informed me when they receive goods. Rooms were clean and hot enough. Swimming pools was very clean and not too crowded in the last week of January(high season).

It was clean well maintained with very good location next to the slopes. I highly recommend as it is renovated and well priced.

The breakfast was delightful, and the SPA experience was outstanding. Our rooms were tidy, roomy, and interconnected. I highly recommend this hotel in Bansko if you appreciate attention to detail.

Fantastic food, fabulous view, friendly staff!

The staff were incredible! Eva is a very welcoming host and helped me with any queries. I ate in the Hotel's restaurant (Veranda, they give discount to hotel guests) almost every evening and the staff there were as great as the food. Very friendly people and really added to the overall pleasantness of my stay, especially Jorge who stands outside the door greeting people and giving vital updates on ski conditions for the mountain! Flora the cat is also great! The swimming pool is very warm and the sauna/jacuzzi facilities were excellent and very clean, much better than a certain nearby "4 star" hotel that I also stayed at. If I return to Bansko I would stay here again for sure.

The room was spacious, the breakfast was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were clean and had great facilities and looked like the photos.

Location, accommodations, food, everything is excellent

Good location, kind staff and excellent breakfast.

Very ncie and clean accomodation, exactly as advertised! Room had a nice balcony and a small kitchen, fully equipped. The food in the hotel restaurant was pretty good and we also had the option to grab our food and eat it in the room. Breakfast is a traditional continental breakfast, nothing lacking and everything was pretty good. The spa/pool area was also very clean - it only gets a bit overcrowded on saturday afternoons, which is totally expected. Staff was super friendly and understanding, we had absolutely no issues with our stay and will definitely repeat. The gondola station is less than 10 minutes walking.

The breakfast and dinner were really good! The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate us! The property and the room were beautiful and clean!

Great value for the money. Staff is very friendly including the ski service/rent guy. Transport to gondola any time of the day and can be custom to any guests was very helpful, even though the gondola is close to the hotel.

Stayed for one week,staff was great,rooms were very clean and good size(I had an apartment with 2 bedrooms) The only remark the menu could improve a little bit,not too many choices but in general was tasty and I enjoy it. I recommend it and maybe I'll book it again.

The location near the center, the view from the terrace, affordable prices at a traditional mehana, delicious and fresh meals, the waitress attitude, size, cleanliness and temperature of the pool. The best and cozy place to stay in Bansko ❤️

I liked the location and the spa very much. Food was good as well. The rooms were big and cleaned every day. Parking was available too. It was our second time there.

I liked the warm welcome we received on arrival. We were offered tea while our room was prepared. This is a guest house in a very old building, so expect cuteness and also small scale for modern standards. Although the room was small, the bed itself was wide and okay in terms of comfort. Breakfast and dinner area was very cosy with delicious local homemade food! Free sauna is an awesome facility considering the price. It's basic, not large but was fresh and clean - so enough to relax muscles

WOW!!! that's what we can say. Petar and Daisey Thank You for a wonderful stay, our family of 8 were looked after and assisted in every regard possible. All your staff from the cleaning staff to the dinner staff were absolutely AMAZING, smiles all around with eagerness and energy. Not to mention the delicious food every night and all day, All included option was one of the best we've had ever. Real home feel and no limits on flavor and taste "DEVINE" Thanks we will be back, keep up that awesome family type hotel atmosphere.
