It’s not just a beautiful room. It’s a small apartment equipped with all necessary items for short or long stay. Full kitchen, big and small appliances. It’s a new 1,2 years old building, very clean and modern. Supermarket , mall, transportation, center- all walking distance. Good communication with administrators. I forget an important item after I checked out and it was found and returned to me next day.

First of all, communication!!! It was quick, easy, and friendly guestured. Staff welcomed me as a family member. It was an amazing filling to be away and feeling like at home. Interior was absolutely fabulous, rooms are comfy and very well decorated. Breakfast was just perfect. Recomend for any long ether short stay. Will be back again and again!!! Thank you!!!

The hotel is at the heart of Sofia City. Clean, comfortable and safe place under the cutest ladies management. This is our second time in the same hotel and we definitely will be visiting again! There is a nearby parking lot with security which you can daily or hourly pay. All of the front desk personnel is fluent in English. At our first tour we came with our car and used the paid parking lot. At our second trip we came with a bus and landed on “Sofia Bus Station Serdika”, used the metro line (Vitosha Direction) from “Central Railway Station” stop which was 5 minutes of walk to hop on and you pass 2 stops and then hop off at “Serdika Station” stop. Following 4 minutes of walk, arriving in total 12 minutes. Perfect!

We had a very comfortable base camp for our stay in Sofia at the Aurora. Within walking distance of the city center and numerous restaurants, bistros and cafés. Bright rooms, spacious balcony with evening sun, tastefully furnished room and bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold food and drinks. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back when we come to Sofia again.

The property is conveniently located 10-minute shuttle drive to the international terminal of Sofia airport. Staff is very attentive, rooms are comfortable and clean. Strongly recommend for business travelers commuting from the country interior for an early morning flight on the next day.

Parking is extra safe and there was always free space ! There are buses and everything from hotel directly to the metro and city center. Depands how you wanna commute to the centre. Shopping mall is rly close and you can walk thru the rich and safe neighborhood to it. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Good decision overall specially for young people comming with a car !

The hotel is in a renovated building close to the tourist attractions. It’s been done in an “industrial” style which I liked. My room was a good size, great shower, and good a/c. The bed was very comfortable and I had two good nights sleep. I was worried that my room would be noisy looking over the street but it was very peaceful and quiet. Would I stay here again? Definitely.

The hotel had a very bad stench which made it impossible to sleep in. The entire hotel had no ventilation and being in a room with a stench and poor lighting was suffocating. The WiFi barely worked. I could not wait to leave this place!

One of the best hotel i have been, perfect hotel with excellent room with great views. The spa was great and very relaxing. The customers service was excellent I would like to mention Antony from the reception and Ina from the spa who made us feel what a vacation at the highest level could be asked for. Also, the location of the hotel is excellent and the league distance from the main routine. In conclusion, highly recommended, we returned home hoping to return to Sofia in the future and to this hotel in particular.

The apartment is great! It is close to the city center (about 10-15 minutes walking from the common meet up points for different activities) and it has a metro stop really close. Also you have a Lidl and another supermarket and several restaurants/cafes too! Even though it is on a large street there is no noise at night which is great for you to sleep. Our stay was great.

Hotel is very old , AC wasn’t working properly was very hot to sleep. Bath top was blocked, no drainage. But staff is very friendly and helpful and location just perfect just on the middle of the city center

The apartment was beautiful and all the beds were really comfortable. The roof terrace was amazing in the beautiful weather, lovely place for breakfast in the mornings. There is a massage chair that we took full advantage of, as well as air conditioning throughout the whole apartment. The location was fabulous. Near to loads of shops and restaurants and only a short walk or tram ride away from the centre of Sofia. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Staying at Hotel Niky made it very easy for us to spend a nice and pleasant vacation in Sofia. Hotel Niky is located in a quiet neighborhood and in the immediate vicinity of the city's main promenade. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious. If you enjoy Greek food, you must visit the restaurant Me Meraki, which is located in the hotel's garden.

Location was very good. It was near to metro station and shopping mall. We also get free parking. Breakfast was great and tasty. Hotel staff was wonderful and very friendly. Our room have minibar and big tv. We sleep very well because bed was soft and AC was great. Hotel rooms was also silent so there was no sound in night.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Sofia. Julian, the owner, was incredibly helpful and provided us with clear instructions on how to check-in. The apartment itself is large, spacious, and very clean. It has a peaceful courtyard that adds to the overall comfort. A big plus is the underground parking, which made our stay even more convenient. Additionally, the location is excellent, with a Kaufland supermarket and several cafes nearby. Highly recommended
