MexicoAll Spa facilities were super clean and accesibles, great variety of treatments and options too. The Massage Menu is superb and has wide variety of treatments and treats. The Food was truly amazing and fresh, breakfast and dinners were supreme! Big big acknowledgment for the staff at all time, super kind and responsive to anything a guest might need. The lodges and apartments exuded a cozy ambiance. The spa provided a delightful retreat, perfect for relaxation and unwinding. Additionally, its proximity to both the main ski resort and the city center was highly convenient.

Pros: Excellent flat with kitchen corner and nice location.Its great for single or a couple.
Cons: The sofa in the living room is not comfortable for sleeping and we rented another apartment for our boy . That's the only week point.

Perfect location close to the gondola in Bansko, opposite the Kempinski and Sport Hotel. Spacious apartment for us as three friends , easily could have 4 in this apartment . Very comfortable beds. The messaging service with Iva in resort was excellent and the owner was very responsive prior to our trip. Great to have two bathrooms (one with bath/shower and second with shower). The living space with dining table and comfy sofa beds was great too and good kitchen facilities . Large tv where you can log on to Netflix .

Apart from the 1st night, the area is quiet as a little bit away from the main drag, which is good for a peaceful night sleep. The apartment is on the ground floor which made it easier to carry stuff out. Bed was ok. Kettle worked fine. Some plates and cups and crockery is provided and so is a microwave, which we didn't use.
If you are looking for a quiet and cheap place this may be for you if you don't spend a lot of time in.

Ideal location for Quiet nights sleep and only 7 mins from gondola. Close walk to restaurants and bars. The accommodation is well kitted out with everything we needed for a week’s skiing.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was delightful. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Despite this, the positive experience overshadowed the inconvenience. We appreciate the excellent service and will consider staying again in the future.

The owner been so kindly to us, very friendly man!
Location is great, 5 min walk to center street and to the gandola(funicular to the mountain)
In February in the room been very warm even with open windows.
Rooms been clean and nice!
Parking place around hotel.
Beautiful view on mountains
And very important – pet friendly.

The apartment is located in a hotel that has an elevator so you have to pull the suitcases only ~8 steps. The location was good, near the old town and the ski lift ~ 7 minutes to both by foot. There is a spread-out chair that is used as a third bed for the children. Keep in mind it can hold a small child only (130cm tops) as it is not a too long chair. Even though it is a fairly small apartment it is a highly functional one. The wifi was great without any lag! Free parking was abundant in front of the apartment.

Great skiing breakfast and the accommodation was good value for money. The rooms were also really warm and clean. The hotel is close to the ski lift, but a shuttle service is offered nonetheless, which is a plus. I also liked the rental shop which is in the hotel.

The location is located very close to the Gondola, 100-150 m, which is a great advantage. The apartment is recently renovated, with great taste and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The hosts are very kind and respond promptly to customer requests. We were very pleased with this property and highly recommend it!

Large apartment, we did not miss anything.
The pool was heated (this was a biiig surprise), the saunas were ok, the food was great (breakfast and dinner), the staff was very frindly and helpful.
Big yeeey for the comfy bathrobes.
Very close to the Gondola.
You can buy ski passes or rent equipment from the hotel.

We had a great stay! The staff were very nice and friendly, the apartment was clean, warm and cosy. The food was amazing, especially the dinner. There was a playroom for the kids, and also the whole hotel was children friendly, there was a cot in the room and children's chairs in the restaurant. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would surely come back! 🙂

The apartment was both cosy and functional, very spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable and warm, such a bonus after a day of skiing. The host was very easy to communicate with and surprised me with some treats on arrival. The walk to the Gondola was much shorter than I had expected. The street was very quiet but also very close to the restaurants and shops. So overall fantastic accommodation in a great location, I would definitely book again next year!

The a really are a family hotel and treat you like a family. Any issues I had were solved in seconds.
The location is really good. Close to the lift but not on the main street so your sleep is not disturbed by the music.
The rooms reflect the price but if you're skiing you don't need anything else.

Hotel is good value, location is good although not as close to the ski lift as we thought but still within walking distance. Apartments were a great size and perfect for self catering (strongly recommend you go self catering to stay here), cleaners did a good job in the rooms.
