CanadaI loved staying at the Nik Palace! It’s a new residence hotel in the absolutely best location in Sandanski. It’s beside the river, in nature but just steps from the historic downtown. Very quiet! Quality construction, premium building with natural stone and heavy doors and windows. The food at the beautiful restaurant downstairs “Niki” was top notch. The chef/owner is very attentive and overall the value of this place was the greatest of our trip across Europe. Highly recommended!!!

It's my another stay in the hotel, this time we invited family as well, for which the apartment we've booked was great. Pity we stayed only one night, because place have everything you need - fully equiped kitchen, washing machine, living room. Beds were very comfortable, bedsheets clean and fresh. The apartment was clean, and there is no problem with check-in, taking the keys from the host is very convenient.

Perfectly clean and comfortable. Large apartment that can comfortably sleep 5 people and a few kids. Good kitchen with plenty of cutlery, pots and apna and more. Lots of shops around - foods, fruits and veggies, excellent breakfast pastries. Good location if you're driving.

Hotel is nice, renovated but what destroyed the whole stay was a private party at the hotel restaurant which continued until 4 am- loud music, people smoking and talking outside, right below our room, no sleep all night, for the reception staff this was normal

The apartment was situated near the St Vrach park, which is an amazing green area and provides for an excellent long walks. At night there is a nice noise from the river Struma in the sleeping room. The host was very supportive and responsive. The apartment was large and spacy with large kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and extra toilet.

Really really good hotel (I think it’s more of a hotel than motel)… Huuuge rooms, huge beds. WiFi is good. There was parking for the cars, 24/7 reception. Wonderful TVs in the rooms. Very kind staff.
The restaurant is wonderful, great service and great food. Also the garden is pretty nice. Besides everything above, they allowed us late checkout because the room was not reserved after us.
I would recommended this motel for sure if you visit Sandanski.

I visited Bulgaria for the first time. During the 3-week tour, I stayed in 6 non-hotel accommodations. This place was one of my favourite, and had the most professional level of cleaning. It’s spacious, quiet, with good amenities. Host is very responsive.

The hotel is close to gondola, ski rental shops, restaurants (5-10 minutes walk).
- The apartment was very big, with one separate bedroom and one living room with kitchen.
- The room was clean.
- Plenty of space in the room.
- Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for eating in the room.
- Pool and saunas are free of charge.
- Breakfast very good, plenty of types of food to choose from and different every day.

Great location. Only a short walk to the Gondola and right opposite Morris Bar. The apartment is compact but has everything you need and was clean and comfortable. This is not a hotel so no reception/staff but the hosts keep in constant contact with all the information you'll need and are available to sort out any issues if they arose.

The lodges and apartments exuded a cozy ambiance. The spa provided a delightful retreat, perfect for relaxation and unwinding. Additionally, its proximity to both the main ski resort and the city center was highly convenient.

Pros: Excellent flat with kitchen corner and nice location.Its great for single or a couple.
Cons: The sofa in the living room is not comfortable for sleeping and we rented another apartment for our boy . That's the only week point.

Perfect location close to the gondola in Bansko, opposite the Kempinski and Sport Hotel. Spacious apartment for us as three friends , easily could have 4 in this apartment . Very comfortable beds. The messaging service with Iva in resort was excellent and the owner was very responsive prior to our trip. Great to have two bathrooms (one with bath/shower and second with shower). The living space with dining table and comfy sofa beds was great too and good kitchen facilities . Large tv where you can log on to Netflix .

The room we selected was a two room apartment, which gave us plenty of room to spread out for reading and working while there. The hotel was right in the center of town and an easy walk to everything. The host was very friendly and helpful.
We had breakfast included with our rooms. They offered a choice of cooked breakfast selections, and the second day we had homemade banitsa, a Bulgarian specialty. Theirs was delicious.

Raya was so welcoming and helpful, we had the best family vacation. Especially the playroom was amazing for all the little kids, and the spa was great after a long day of ski! We rented several apartments for our extended family and had a great time.

Apart from the 1st night, the area is quiet as a little bit away from the main drag, which is good for a peaceful night sleep. The apartment is on the ground floor which made it easier to carry stuff out. Bed was ok. Kettle worked fine. Some plates and cups and crockery is provided and so is a microwave, which we didn't use.
If you are looking for a quiet and cheap place this may be for you if you don't spend a lot of time in.

Ideal location for Quiet nights sleep and only 7 mins from gondola. Close walk to restaurants and bars. The accommodation is well kitted out with everything we needed for a week’s skiing.

Food was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, location is good - close to the gondola and shops.Nice touch was the live music and performance during the bulgarian evening in the restaurant. Sufficient parking options around the hotel.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was delightful. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Despite this, the positive experience overshadowed the inconvenience. We appreciate the excellent service and will consider staying again in the future.
