We had a wonderful stay! The hotel offers stunning mountain views from its peaceful location. The pools and spa are fantastic, the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and everything is spotless. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the kids' pool makes it a perfect choice for families.

Absolutely everything. This was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences we have had in a long time. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable and very well maintained, with excellent facilities and a wonderful atmosphere throughout. What truly makes Mona Plaza Zlatibor stand out, however, is the staff. Every single person we encountered was incredibly kind, professional, attentive and welcoming. A special compliment goes to the younger members of the team – they were absolutely wonderful: warm, cheerful, helpful and genuinely interested in making guests feel comfortable. That kind of hospitality cannot be faked, and it made an already excellent stay truly memorable. The rooms, breakfast and dinner, wellness facilities, common areas and overall service were all outstanding. Everything felt effortless and well organised. From arrival to departure, we felt genuinely welcome and taken care of. It is rare to leave a hotel struggling to think of a single thing that could have been better, but that is exactly how we felt here. Mona Plaza Zlatibor has set an extremely high standard, and we would return without hesitation.

The person renting the apartment was super nice, kind and really open-minded. Everything that we have asked for they delivered. The apartment was super clean, and it the person renting definately puts in a lot of work and effort to keep the guests feel comfortable and happy. They even organized a SPA for us in the apartment which was one of our highlights of the trip. The next time we come to Zlatibor we are definately going to the same place!

Everything was perfect. Starting with the girl from reception-very friendly, full of good humor. The apartment is quite big, with a lot of kitchen tools. Bathroom very clean, everything functional. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking spots. Clean. Beds are comfortable.

Divan apartman, jako čist, udoban, ima zaista sve što je potrebno (u kuhinji i toaletu pogotovo). Gazda ljubazan, izlazi u susret, žena Vera koja je zadužena za ključeve takođe jako ljubazna, prijatna. Bilo nam je jako lepo. Zgrada ima lep lift, parking bez problema ispred zgrade uvek na raspolaganju. Apartman ima i balkon koji je pola dana u hladu, ćerkica je uživala tamo da crta. Do jezera ima oko 15-ak minuta šetnje, ima staza, pošto smo bili i sa bebom jako nam je značilo da možemo svuda lepo da guramo kolica. Doći ćemo sigurno ponovo u ovaj apartman, sve pohvale💓
