5 Star Hotel, Feeling very happy to stay in this hotel,

Great place and wonderful service!

Excellent experience from start to finish! Everything was perfectly arranged and well organized. The reception staff were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. The service team was excellent, and the entire stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A big thank you to all the staff for their great hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was wonderful. It is not crowded, as very few people know about this hotel. The cleanliness and view from the room were also good. The reception staff were very helpful, as they helped us check in early, which was a relief for us at the moment. We had an amazing breakfast in-room, enough for two people. Bus shuttle is available for visitors who wish to perform Umrah every hour. There are a few cafes (Karak tea/arabic coffee shops) behind the hotel, which you must try! I definitely recommend the hotel to everyone who needs peace after a long trip, especially after you perform UMRAH.

.Near to haram 5 min with car . Clean and quite . Staff are amazing

The price and location is excellent. I had a wonderful experience made by Abdurahman who helped me alot which will make me come back again for sure.

Prayer room need scheduled cleaning

the floor is broken from multiple places, no shoes in washroom, the bed make noises

The room was clean, staff was friendly especially mr Ibrahim the cleaning staff on floor 16 who helped us a lot during our stay. We checked in midnight and checked in without any hassle. Checks out are easy too and there are couple of store nearby. The bus is free but the wait time is quite random. Overall very great value offered with excellent service.

The place was perfect from everything, we really enjoyed our stay there.

Great location - near to Haram - restaurants nearby - supportive staff specially abdullah - Good service overall

The hotel is Masha Allah good and clean. All counter staff behavior is good and helpful, complementary gava with dates is a good idea. Quran with janamaz good thinking.

Great value for money. And very kind and attentive staff.

I stayed at this hotel from September 4th to September 9th, and considering the overall experience, location, service, and price, I can confidently say that it offers very good value for money in Makkah. From the very beginning, Mr. Yusuf Al-Azzi made a very positive impression on me. He was exceptionally kind and helpful and even arranged my check-in in the middle of the night. The room was clean when we arrived. The bathrooms in the rooms used by our two families were a little small, although one of the single rooms had a noticeably larger bathroom. During the morning shift, I met Ms. Hana Al-Harbi at reception. She was extremely polite, warm, respectful, and helpful. Her manner with guests was excellent, and she was always willing to assist whenever we needed something. I would also especially like to mention Abdullah, a Pakistani staff member who looked after us very well throughout our stay. He was attentive, caring, cooperative, and genuinely kind-hearted. The hotel is around 2.5 km from Gaza Gate. It is easy to reach the Haram area either on foot or by car, and local rides can usually be found for around 5–10 SAR. Our room had a refrigerator, towels, soap, and the hotel’s personal shampoo, and these were sufficient for our stay. The floors were fully tiled, and the air conditioning worked immediately and effectively, which is especially important in the heat of Makkah. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service. It drops guests off before Gaza Gate and brings them back to the hotel. However, guests should make sure to wait outside at the correct time. If you remain inside the reception area waiting for the vehicle, you may easily miss it. There are also some useful facilities around the hotel. Very close by, on the right side of the hotel and across the road opposite the mini-market, there is a Pakistani biryani restaurant. Their food was extremely delicious.
