The staffs are friendly and helpful. There are parking space on site and by the street. The washing machine isn't always in the apartment. If you need it and it is absent, try to ask one(kind of Arabic style: they will move a washing machine to the apartment if you need it(also they have one available) and the apartment has enough space). Also another Arabic style: the hotel reservation seems to mean notice instead of confirmation. So it is better to inform the hotel the time of arrival.

This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, but the rooms look like a 2 star hotel or a motel. I was very disappointed with how old and outdated the rooms are, furniture and bathroom.
The TV was a 20 year old model and pretty much everything else. I don't understand how they are considered 5 star.

Someone from the staff stole my Apple AirPods from the room.
I did share all relevant evidences with the hotel but unfortunately nothing has been done about it, including the tracking from Apple iCloud
I stayed for 2 nights from 14 to 15 January 2024, used the 2 bedroom apartment suite on 3rd floor.

In our second visit, we once again experienced the exceptional hospitality and the location is outstanding. The hotel served as a perfect base for our Umrah journey, contributing to a memorable and enriching experience. Our stay was characterized by the warmth of the staff and the overall comfort provided by the accommodations. Without a doubt, we look forward to repeating this positive experience in the future, and we are confident that, InshaAllah, the hotel will continue to be our preferred choice for future stays.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. All rooms were very spacious, beds were great and comfortable. The whole property is new and very nice. There is a coffee shop next to the reception with a great variety of coffee to choose from. If we travel to Jeddah, we would love to stay at this hotel again.

There was free Saudi coffee and a professional, friendly reception. Clean accommodations, a 24-hour bus service, and an excellent breakfast
The CEO is there to deliver the best service along with the staff.
In my 25 years of visiting Mecca, I haven't come across a hotel quite like this one. I've stayed at pricier hotels, but the service wasn't nearly as good as it is here. I will be coming with family and friends from the UK again

Close to the Haram, approx 12 min walk through the tunnel to the Haram open area. Good house keeping staff. A lot of lifts in the hotel. Room size a bit tight (though you only need it for sleeping). A number of eating places when taking the longer route to the hotel (Ibrahim Al Khalil Rd).

If your looking for a budget hotel, which provides excellent shuttle service to haram and checkouts at 2pm.. look no further. We needed a hotel as we arrived 2am in Jeddah and our original hotel was allowing check in at 5pm!!!
Managed to check in here at 4am, sleep for few hours, perfo umrah and then move to our other hotel.
We checked out at 4pm and the management refused to take any extra payment

My recent stay at Makarem Ajyad Makkah Hotel was marked by comfort and convenience. Just a 7-minute walk from the Haram, it offers easy access for pilgrims. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were not only spacious but also well-maintained, with comfortable beds ensuring a restful sleep. This hotel strikes a perfect balance between accessibility, comfort, and cleanliness."

Nice staff.. Cooperative, immediate response for any enquiry.
This time was over crowded of guests due to mid term school vacation, this time was my fourth accommodation in the hotel over a year ago... but still my favorite hotel in Makkah. Bus to Haram every half an hour, new bus station!! .. Indeed better than the previous one. Now located at kuday.. .only 200 meters walk to haram square, clean station.
Special thanks to miss Razan, and Mr. Abdulazziz.

The best apartment hotel I have ever stayed in. We ended up booking a 2 bedroom apartment but were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment that was so large we could have fit another entire group. We loved this place so much! I'll definitely be back when I'm in Jeddah again.
Thank you so much for the pleasant stay.

Excellent accommodation in Azizyah not far from Al haram by taxi or by bus. Nice, clean, quiet hotel, friendly and very helpful staffs specially Mr Mohammed. This is a fantastic accommodation run by highly professionals who know the business. There are so many restaurants, shopping centres nearby, also a mosque. Bus stop to and from Al Haram is a 10/12 minutes walk. We a family of 4 enjoyed our long stay. Highly recommended.

It is good accommodation with respect to value of money and if you are visiting to spend maximum time in Haram, then its location is 5 minutes drive from hotel and shuttle service round the clock. These people put effort to help customers.
