Great place, friendly and helpful staff. Close to everything in Lulea.

This is the fourth or fifth time I stay here during the past 12 months. There's a reason I come back!

Comfortable and central ... amazing hotel

The breakfast was very complete and tasty !

The Comfort Hotel Arctic is a great hotel near Central Luleå and located right next to the train station. It is a quick 5-10 min walk into the city where one can take the bus to all the attractions in and around Luleå (e.g., Gammelstads kyrkstad, Luleå isbana, Karlsvik). The breakfast is tasty and filling and the hotel even offers cheap dinners (ca. 120 SEK) most nights of the week if one wants to save some money). The beds were comfortable and the gym and sauna are great and modern, especially for visiting during the winter as we did. The hotel staff was even kind enough to keep our beers and other drinks in their refrigerator (the rooms lack refrigerators).

Great location right by the train station, can walk anywhere downtown easily and catch the bus out to the old town from nearby. Breakfast was also extensive and very good. The staff were exceptionally accommodating. I arrived very early in the morning from a night train and stopped by to drop off my luggage in the baggage room but, because the room hadn't been used the night before, they just checked me in early!

I like the location and the playground for the kids.

Everything about the property was fantastic. It was close to the city (easy walk or just a 3 minute walk to a bus station), it was incredibly clean (exactly like the photos, if not better), and the hosts were warm and responsive. Hasan responded quickly and even came to the house when we had a slight issue with the lock (which he opened up remotely at first, and came in person to inspect anyway). The house was very comfortable and had all of the essentials. I will 100% stay here again when I visit Luleå!!

Super nice cottage with modern amenities and close to bus/gas station/super market/ walking ares. host were not-intrusive but really easy to contact when needed. Highly recommended!

It's a very quiet and excellent place, clean and there's no disturbance, you can sleep as you like.

Fair price for the room. Clean and big room.

This was the only available option in Lulea, so we stayed there even though it was a little farther from the town center than the other hotels. But it is an easy, straight 15 or 20-minute walk from the train station. It is very clean and new. Great Greek restaurant next door. The Coop grocery store is also very close by.

Everything: ● Location a bit out of the city but close enough for groceries, restaurants, etc, ● Kindness of the owners who were very helpful and nice welcome pack too 😊 ● The cabin which was a little gem, cosy, warm, small but big at the same time and filled with all the necessary supplies, one bedroom downstairs and one in the attic perfectly fitting 4 people ● The sauna in the backyard ● The quietness of the location

A very big annex and welll equipped. Friendly host and a good location a bit outside Luleå, ca 16 km.

Beautiful farmhouse in a lovely setting in the countryside. Period furniture and art but fully equipped with modern conveniences. Comfortable beds. Gorgeous place!

It was on very nice location, with great lake nearby in middle of the woods. Host was extremely friendly and helpful. I really appreciate that :) Place is very nice and cozy. It's not your hidden gem that you sometimes discover randomly on airbnb or booking, but it was still very nice.
