The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, the rooms are luxurious, and the staff is top-notch. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special getaway.

Great breakfast options for a smallish hotell. Staff was quick to assist, answer questions, and replenish. Super cozy lobby/bar/reception area - one of the best I’ve ever seen! Very central to Norrköping as well, can easily walk to shops, railway and bus stations, restaurants, the ‘Strömmen’ (Motala River), and the historic fabric district buildings. I loved it!

The hotel provided very good breakfast and the location was great with beautiful views from the window. Everything was clean and nice and the staff was very helpful and smiling.

Kids liked the juice which was complementary. Playroom was good. Facilities were small but available like gym,sauna, swimming pool, kids play area. Free parking. Kids breakfast menu was kept separate and separate sitting area as well which was plus.

It was convenient being on top of the train station, the kitchen and living room space had a cozy feeling, the staff were helpful, the kitchen was well equipped and the breakfast was better than expected.

Smooth check in Staff arranged breakfast bags since we had to an early start of the day. Very practical with a fridge in the room. Price for parking was decent

Very nice, spacious apartment on waterfront. We got very nice view from the drawing room as well as balcony. property has everything we need. Full equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfy beds. Drawing room was very spacious. It is in walkable distance from Norrköpping central station. 12-15 mins walk. There are shops, bars, restaurants also nearby within walking distance.

Breakfast was a wonderful traditional Swedish spread accompanied by delicious homemade breads and jams from fruit grown on the property. Our room had a lovely view of the backyard complete with fish pond and beautiful flowers attended by very happy bees. The room was specious with a very nicely renovated bathroom. A shared kitchen between our room and another allowed us to cook for our selves. The parking lot has access to charging station for electric vehicles.

Anna is super sweet and the property kept immaculately clean. Close distance to Coop, pharmacy, and good restaurants.

A truly beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The surroundings are calm and relaxing, with stunning views that make it easy to unwind. The beds were very comfortable, and the house is perfectly suited for both families and groups of friends. The host was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely come back again. A perfect getaway for anyone looking to enjoy nature, quiet moments, and quality time together. Highly recommended!

Nybyggt modernt gästhus is a great place to stay in Norrköping Svärtinge. It has all the amenities you need and has been decorated with care. Beds are of good quality and the WiFi is faster than at home.
