The house was very nice and matched the pictures. It was a very nice touch for the host to leave coffee and biscuits. You don't see this hospitality often unfortunately. The house was a few minutes drive both from the university and the city centre.

Loved staying at the One Room B&B, it was like taking a step back in time but with all the modern conveniences. The hosts were amazing, helping us with anything we needed. The place was super clean, well laid out, and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts were great and they even accommodated my special dietary needs!

The location of the property for me was excellent -- I was travelling on business and the hotell was just walking distance away. The tram stop was also nearby, so connection to city centre excellent. The staff was very friendly and breakfast very delicious. There was also an opportunity to make myself coffee in the evening without disturbing anybody. In total the hotel was 10/10 for the money I paid.
