The hotel feels really modern, clean and the lighting and decor is really pleasant (like Nordic spartan), both in the rooms and the general areas. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The foyer has a nice sitting area with arm-chairs, couches and faux furs. You can also grab a beer at the adjacent Paolo's and enjoy it in comfort. The in-house restaurants are handy and the food was quite nice, especially in the Miss Voon restaurant at the top of the hotel - great view from up there too. The breakfast was really good. A good mix of foods, juices & hot drinks with different dietary options too. Handy case storage behind reception if you check out and have time to kill. Its in a very convenient location, as the bus terminal is about 200m away, and you are situated right in the heart of town. It's also a stop for the Skelleftea airport shuttle bus, which is ideal.

Hotel has basic rooms. Cleaningness was ok, staff was helpful, location ok. Also i like the food.

Very nice aparment but litte bit warmer

The place is hardly up to a real hotel standard but I didn't feel that it had any major faults, which makes it a very attractive low-cost alternative to a hotel. The kitchen is also surprisingly well equipped. Both the kitchen and bathroom are modern. The host was service-minded and flexible. If I have to pay out of my own pocket, there would be no question that I would choose this place again. I also stayed at the adjacent "AH fastigheter 2" which is basically the other part of the same house, and I liked that a little bit better, it felt like they had learned from some mistakes when renovating it.

It was nice and clean, convenient to downtown, it had washing facilities, kitchen and extra bedroom, although we did not use it
