Room pretty descent size, good and free Turkish breakfast included, room heater available, hot shower is good. Location is okay for Bursa.

It’s my 2nd time and I love it and the reception team is quite friendly and the concierge is also friendly, make your stay comfortable and assists you if needed, thank you very much for your kindness my dears. The hotel is honestly incredible and the location is my favorite, rooms are also spacious which is very comfy.

The rooms were clean and big enough, the staff was really nice and helpful, the food was good - we had dinner(burgers and pizza - very good) and breakfast. It is close to main street were you can find lots of places to eat(if you don't want to eat at the hotel). We could see the mountain from our room from the fifth floor.

Location is excellent with all the places to visit at walking distance like ulu chami, kuzu han, tomb of Osman ghazi. Very comfortable rooms with nice view. Special mention of the staff which are extremely helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Tuncer SANDIKÇI who really made our stay so lovely. Breakfast was very nice and filled us up.

I'm very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is truly fantastic - right in the city center, within walking distance of the old market and all the interesting shops and stalls. There are many nice restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious food at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return again!

Almost everything else was good. From the help and treatment of the stuff towards the guests to the breakfast and the comfortable and clean rooms. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the place was indeed small but very comfortable. Location is really good, just a few meters from important places in Bursa, like Koza Han, the Grand Bazaar, the Grand Mosque Bursa and the Green Tombs, which can be seen from the rooftop.
