I had an amazing stay at Hampton Inn in the Taksim area of Istanbul. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made my stay even more enjoyable, especially during the summer days. What truly made this hotel stand out was the staff. I have traveled to many places around the world, and I can honestly say I was extremely impressed by the level of hospitality here. From the manager, Nuran, to the front desk team, including Naz, Bilal, and many others whose names I unfortunately don't remember, every single person treated me with genuine kindness and respect. A special thank you as well to Binyamin, Hussein, other associates, the housekeeping staff, the kitchen staff, and everyone serving breakfast each morning. They were incredibly accommodating, always smiling, and eager to help without expecting anything in return. That kind of sincere hospitality is rare and made a lasting impression on me. The hotel itself was quiet, welcoming, and felt like a home away from home. If I return to Istanbul, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. It's in a great location in the Taksim area, and with a quick taxi ride, you can easily get to the city's major attractions. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. My only request is this: please keep up the outstanding service. It is what truly sets this hotel apart. I look forward to coming back.

I had a very pleasant stay at Sistina Old City Hotel. The hotel is clean, modern and very well located, making it easy to explore the main attractions of Istanbul. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and everything was spotless. The staff were absolutely wonderful—very friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with recommendations or any request. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and I especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the views. Overall, excellent value for money and a great choice for staying in Istanbul. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Excellent stay — great location and wonderful staff We loved our stay here. The hotel is located right at the end of the Tophane shopping street, so there are lots of places to eat nearby, and it is very easy to get around with the T1 tram line just a short walk away. What impressed us most was the staff. Everyone was extremely warm and helpful — from the staff member who welcomed us on the first day, to Syed Mubashir on the day we checked out. He helped us store our luggage and even offered us drinks from the hotel bar, which was incredibly kind. We stayed for three nights and had a really great experience. The triple room with three separate beds was especially convenient and comfortable for us. Highly recommend — thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

This hotel will always be my go-to place to stay in Istanbul. From the very friendly and welcoming reception staff to the comfortable rooms and convenient location, everything was excellent. We arrived early, around 7 a.m., even though check-in was at 2 p.m., but they were kind enough to give us our room by 9 a.m., which we really appreciated. The rooms are very clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with professional room service. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine inside the room — a great convenience for longer stays.

I have rarely stayed at a property with a higher value for the money. It was exceptional. I stay in 10-20 hotel rooms on average each year and this was probably among the five best for value in the last decade. Location, amenities, staff were all top notch.
