location and amenities were great. my number one issue was that the pool was cold, yes it was wintertime but it would have been nice to use a heated pool, if they did this i would be back many times. the breakfast was amazing, the staff was top notch, highly recommended.

The room was large and comfortable. The restaurant was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our meals. It felt warm with a fire burning heater and the staff made us feel welcome.

Staff friendly and nice building

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast included was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from each morning. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated how efficiently they handled our requests—whenever we needed assistance, such as arranging a taxi, everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

This is a very new property. The staff are working very hard to make everything run smoothly and make everyone feel welcome. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. They were helpful in helping us find a guide to show us around.

Wow! Our favourite hotel in all of Turkey! The staff were all so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They showed us around all the rooms and hotel, and made us feel right at home. We stayed in the Harem room, and although we had seen photos prior, photos itself do not do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful including all the amenities, waterfall in the room, pool, bed, and room service. The staff even organised a hairdresser in the evening, and gifted us a gorgeous gift upon departure.

Great staff, really friendly and accommodating... kept restaurant open late for us and went out of their way to keep us comfortable and welcomed.

Very friendly staff, Mr Sadi there is balloon pilot, tour guide, coordinator for everything. Just book the hotel room and leave the rest to them. Best advice.

Very clean, conveniently located in a legendary region. Small staff, but everything is on time and proper. Serious about business, warm and hospitable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Excellent location (not in ürgup but very close, calmer, and overlooking beautiful scenery).. all rooms have patios with a view.. very authentic and well kept. Great owners / managers too.. b fast prepared on premise, all fresh home made stuff, fresh pastry and bakery in the morning, excellent jams, waffles, you name it it’s all there and u can enjoy it anywhere you want on the property.

Everything was as expected. The facilities were comfortable and clean. No problem with a late check-in. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The room was warm and cozy.
