Lodgings in Suao

I like the room because they have the spa bath, it's very spacious. I like that the hotel offers free drinks when we checked in, and later at night there's Alco night. It's a very relaxing trip for us. Also, they offer free use of chiropractic & soft pillows where you can left it at the room once you checked out.

The room I got this time was perfect for group of 5 friends. The room we’d stayed was newly renovated so everything is perfect!

Good location. Clean. Friendly staff. Was able to drop a bags early.

Only issue was upstairs visitors were loud on our first floor ceiling

This is a unique place with delightful decorations throughout. The property is nestled amongst canals and rice fields where birds continually sing. It’s also very close to the fishing port (less than 10 minutes drive) where there are endless seafood stalls and restaurants. This is a wonderful place!

Great location Nice mattress; we booked 201/202 both room has good space. As only two rooms at 2nd floor its good to be separate from the other rooms. Good share bathroom and lounge, walking distance to some good streets foods. In 10 mins you can go 7-11, very handy location. The rooms is large, the photos might not tell but its great stay. Thanks!

Really kind and friendly people working there. Pretty good food. The facilities were amazing, especially all the pools and there were fun games and activities. The rooms were cozy and nice. Everything clean.

We had a wonderful experience at Brighthouse Suao. The team was warm, friendly, and provided fascinating insights about the area’s history and must-visit spots. We had a blast playing mini-golf on the patio, and the breakfasts were both tasty and nourishing. The lobby, with its picturesque views, made for the perfect spot to unwind over afternoon tea. The rooms were a standout, offering amazing views, really comfortable beds, and modern, well-maintained bathrooms.

It was super clean and the host was amazing! She was being so kind to us and offering late checking. The room was very very clean with fresh flowers. Also the view from the balcony was nice. It's close to a train station and the night market was very lovely and authentic.

Everything! Highly recommended! Authentic Taiwanese hospitality! Very friendly and helpful host. I had the treehouse which was just amazing - all you need is there !

It was on the grounds of a huge imaculately-run national "living art" center in a highly natural setting, near the ocean. Next to aquaculture ponds. Filled with bird song. Spacious, spacious spacious. The room was like a small apartment... super easy to relax in. Stunning abundant relaxed quality breakfast.

Hotel was quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable and shower had good pressure and temperature. Front lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Friendly staff and nice experience with the cold spring in the bathroom. Convenient location close to food options and the train station.

Excellent and very helpful host. Beautiful home stay. Sophisticated modern design was quite appealing. Quiet and relaxing.

Breakfast was only served in the weekends and it was a normal Taiwanese breakfast, delicious if you like that kind of breakfast.
