Spacious room, nice view, very clean, comfortable bed, good check-out time.

There was amazing room with a gorgeous bed. Loved it! The room was clean, warm and nice. I felt safe as it was on the first floor near the shelter stairs. And I appreciate careful treatment I had. I got back to the hotel from the walk late night and it was freezingly cold, and I was guest with a hot tea in my room!!! Thank you so much!!!

The staff. They are excellent. Very helpful. But you will see this throughout Ukraine. It’s in their culture. Ukrainian people are some of the nicest people you will ever meet.

Great place to stay, very centric, comfy beds and super friendly staff.

The staff was kind and available, and you could leave your luggage in a separate room after check-out. I had asked, if possible, to have a lower bed, and it was given to me. The room was the right size, offered power plugs for all beds, as well as key lockers. The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom was shared, adequately clean and accessible. Hot water worked in the showers, and hooks were present for towels.

I really liked the balance of many things I care about for hotel rooms - convenience, service, cleanliness, equipment, spaciousness, and many other small things. The staff was friendly and responsive. The underground parking was a blessing for this district.

Everything was excellent: a clean hotel, nice people at reception and at the bar, and a great breakfast. I even forgot my watch, and they were kind enough to send it to my home by post. Highly recommended! Thanks for your hospitality.

Perfect location and careful personnel — they even brought me a cake and glass of Prosecco because it was my b-day. But I didn’t tell them about the date. Also it’s a pet-friendly hotel so I stayed with my dog.

В номере чисто, в ванной, кроме стандартных мыла, геля, был наборчик ватных палочек и дисков. Есть ресторан, готовят вкусно, завтраки на выбор, разнообразные, нам с дочкой понравилось.

The place is super clean, and the receptionist is amazing and cooperative. The location is so so so 👍 perfect and close to everything.

The location is right opposite the Central Park. There was really good communication from the hotel via the Booking platform prior to arrival which I appreciated. There's a water cooler in the hallway.

The staff was friendly, although not very helpful

The hotel is located on first floor of a spacious, nineteen century building. It is very nice, comfortable, well located, with spacious rooms. In addition, the staff was especially helpful, receptive to problems and caring. At one point I had issue with noise from the street - I unfortunately arrived late Friday evening and the bars nearby were playing loud music. The staff went way out of their way to accommodate me and proposed several solutions, to the point that I began to feel uncomfortable for causing so much hassle ;) I highly recommend this small hotel.
