I like everything, is quiet, comfortable, juste perfect

Clean, spacy, pretty modern. Good bathroom with a bathtub. There is additional food service in the restaurant downstairs, cheap and tasty cooked food. Completely soundproof and with a great view. Real old-school hotel. Strongly recommended!

The staff is always so helpful and polite.

we stayed at the apartment on Lesi Ukrainki boulevard (they have several apartments to choose from), it was quiet, beautiful, had a balcony and a great bed!

Wonderful location, the facilities are clean, the space has an amazing style and there are a laundry room, a gym and a restaurant. The staff is very welcoming and supportive.

perfect location, heart of the city, metro station (bomb shelter) very close, you have to walk less than a minute electricity generator starts quickly when the main power shuts off, and bathroom had heated floor spacious room and good staff

Facilities is nice, the studio has everything that you need and it’s very clean

just go stay here seriously it's so cheap with extremely good beds, the wifi works perfectly, it's just exactly what i needed

I travel to Ukraine often and the Rus has become my favorite hotel in Kyiv. First of all, the staff is outstanding. At the front desk Vladislava, Anna, Maria, Olexandr and Anna are professional, super friendly and take care of the guests. Igor, Olena and Andryi at the lobby bar are fantastic also. If you need something here, it will be at your door literally in minutes. I can't remember the housekeeping managers name but I asked for laundry service, and she just appeared at the door. Same with Igor and Andryi.
