United StatesThe hotel is just moments away from the check point into the city, making it super easy to get to. The staff is always friendly and I love the rooms and amenities here. This has been the fourth or fifth time I have stayed at BeTheOne and I am sure I will return. There are plenty of shops next door that allow you to pick up fresh groceries steps from the front door, allowing you to utilize the kitchen in the room.

A large apartment with all facilities needed for a longer stay in central Kyiv. Very soft beds, maybe too soft for some ones. Large sleeping room and living room. Easy access and elevator. Good owner and flexible stay. Very central and close to Majdan. Good to walk the 4 stairs and getting som exercise during electricity off.

The location of the hotel is great, close to the city centre and the central railway station. The building is very modern and seems to have its own generators which is important for ensuring an uniterrupted energy supply at the time of Russian attacks on Ukraine, including its energy infrastructure. The apartment was well equiped and calm.

Amazing place! We booked studio apartment (located in new building with parking) on 13th floor which is located in expensive snd famous Pechersk area in Kyiv. Extremely clean, modern and nice view. Keys were taken from security guard in the underground parking (and left there when check out). Bath room, kitchen, double bed (dark curtains that is good to sleep well), welcoming water and tea-coffee-mini chocolates. We were fully satisfied and will definitely choose this apartment next time!

This was--by far--the nicest hotel I ever stayed in while in Ukraine. Very professional and friendly, English-speaking staff. Super location. Very spacious and clean apartment with fully furnished kitchen. Large refregirator with freezer and ice-cube trays. Ironing boad and iron plus drying rack. Microwave, washing machine. Complimentary bottled water. Excellent breakfast next door. A little gift upon checking in. What can I say? My stay could not have been better. Thank you.

Apartments that are ideal for a brief stay in Kyiv. The flats are in a great position in the city center and are clean and well-kept. You will not need to contact the staff directly; you can check in independently; there are no keys or cards, and most concerns are managed remotely with an excellent level of service.
