Check in staff (Robert) was very pleasant and efficient, much appreciated after a long international flight. The location of the hotel makes airport transfer a breeze. The airport rail station terminates right across the street, just a short walk. It's faster than taking a taxi. If you have extra time, the light rail station is at the same location and you can got to town for a couple dollars and maybe 10 minutes. All the staff seem to be well-trained and pleasant. Breakfast options are good and not over-priced and the service staff were great.

The hotel was enormous, yet still there was a relaxed vibe. The room was huge, with a king bed, a large and clean bathroom and a great shower. Breakfast was nice and expansive and the complementary drinks were a pleasant surprise.

Great location near the Foot Print Centre. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. There were also a lot of useful facilities close by like Frys Food Store and CVS, which was a nice bonus.

Fab hotel, excellent hotel room. Bar and food and prices were very good. It was unbelievably hot during our one night stay in Phoenix and as a result we did not leave the hotel. This was not a problem because we had a great time due to the hotel's facilities.

I loved this hotel. The staff were super helpful when I checked in and throughout my stay. The room was nice, the bed was really comfortable and I slept really well. It had a coffee machine in the room and the shop in reception had drinks, snacks and mini-meals. The breakfast was good.

Staff was very friendly during our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. I was excited about not having to use a tiny little soap for the shower.. there was full bottle shampoo conditioner and body wash! Husband used the gym. He said it was very nice. He was upset because he forgot his ear buds but they had prepackaged ones in the gym to use and keep. We liked that check out was at noon so we could sleep in a bit and didn't have to rush out. The price was great!
