The hotel is located at a really nice place on a hill which clears picturesque views of the mountain. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the main areas of the hotel are quite stylish. Excellent breakfast.
All the staff are really polite and helpful. Special regards to Jorko from the Front Desk who was truly hospitable and willing to take the extra mile so we could make the most out of our stay!

In terms of price to value, the hotel is generally okay. It offers good spa facilities and a selection of pools. The hotel is well located, and the food prices are affordable if you decide to have lunch by the pool or in the restaurant. There's no need to go out for anything.
It should be positively noted that they have water collers in the pool area so you can have a drinking water anytime for free.
Also the hotel offers a good fitness area (separate building) that is free to use and well equipped.
And they also have bowling to play ($).

The apartment is very cozy, nice new and comfortable furniture. It is very clean. There is a terrace with table and chairs where you can have a breakfast. In the kitchen you can find everything needed, even a dishwashing machine is available.

The hotel is nice and clean. Rooms spacious. It's in the center, good location and parking is available despite it's a bit difficult to find but stuff guides you with information on the phone. Place was quiet and stuff helpful. They could add a fridge to the rooms though. It's nice to have especially in the peak of hot summer days.

The hotel is really nice, spa facilities are awesome with several pools inside and outside/ jacuzzi/ sauna/ hamam.
The hotel in located in the outskirts of this little town surrounded by nature, very quiet, we had a great rest.

The place is very nice, well-equipped, clean, spacious and provides the comfort for a relaxed home-like experience. It is exactly as you see it on the pictures - spacious green back yard, a roofed barbeque with a large table outside, large inside dining room with all kitchen facilities (mehana), roofed parking lot, comfortable ensuite bedrooms . The host is very welcoming and she did her best to make us feel at home. I recommend this family hotel.

Big rooms, quiet and private. The beds are large and very comfortable. We got a walk around the facilities by staff before we got accommodated. The staff are polite and care about your stay being pleasant. The hotel really has a luxurious feel, it is gorgeous and a lot of thought has been put into it. I loved the details all around.

Great place to be in Velingrad. Very cozy, modern and well maintained. The host is super nice and assists with great recommendations for food and walks around. The apartment has it all you would need for your stay, super well equipped. The thermal zone is great for cold days 😎 I totally recommend it.

Perfect place for a family vacation! Everything was amazing, a perfectly big room with a lot of space for our baby to crawl and explore. Free cot with mattress. Good food in the restaurant, excellent spa and pools, comfortable for us and the kid.

An amazing place located at the heart of the West Rhodope - quite, peacefull and fresh mountain's air. Wanderfull traditional Bulgaria stile village whith a great modern interior. The housekeeper was the best host I have ever met - very kind and open to the gests. The service, housekeeping and food was on a top level. There is everything you need for a full vacation in the beautiful Rhodope countryside. I strongly recommend to everyone to visit this magical place!!!!
