Lodgings in Velingrad

Everything was on the five stars level ! Thank you.

I liked everything - location, room size, bed comfort, hallways, food, pool, etc.

Very friendly, kind and helpful staff, including the parking. The restaurant was top notch, you should try the cheesecake! SPA facilities were everything you need and the hiking trails start just behind the hotel.

old but well maintained hotel with real mineral water

The staff was super nice and helpful. The food was very delicious and there was a variety of dishes. First time having such a great gym with so many machines. The view from our window was of the forest and the air was very clean. Got great massages from ladies from Bali.

Everything was excellent! The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner buffet had very big variety and choices for everyone. For lunch the restaurant offer lunch menu. Great traditional Bulgarian food at good prices. The spa area is quite nice. Lots of indoor and outdoor pools. All with very warm water, which makes it possible to swim outside even on cold weather. Definitely would recommend

The food - it was diverse, abundant, and very delicious. The portions were large. The working time of the restaurant and the service.

Very comfortable, quite and relaxing

The food, kids animation and the spa

Everything. Definitely will come soon

everything was wonderful, clean, comfortable

I liked everything. The hostess Galina was very friendly. Cleanliness and comfort.

One of the most relaxing and pleasant experiences in a spa hotel. Everything was sparkling clean, both outside and inside pools and jacuzzi were perfect. But the best was the amazing staff, who were so friendly and helpful. They made sure we have everything we needed to have a great stay.

Perfect location. There is a free parking. Beds are comfortable, the food is amazing. The SPA is super good.

We stayed for 3 days with my family, and everything was wonderful during our stay. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, the cleanliness of the common areas, and the variety offered at breakfast. Thank you for everything!

Very nice pool and spacious and clean rooms/villas (we were in a villa). The staff is very very friendly! I recommend!

Everything was perfect, the place was extremely clean, the spa was not crowded and was also really clean. The host was really friendly and helpful.

Really nice place to stay. Spacious, clean, comfortable suitable for a long stay or just a weekend.

Great quiet place for good please 🙏

Beautiful resort with the most amazing staff. We loved every second of it

The location was good, with a 5-15 minute walk to the different tourist locations at the city. The room was big enough, had a working AC with a controller. The beds were comfy. The pool was big and had a deeper side so it was usable and swimmable after the beginning where most people soak around.

The access to outdoor mineral water pool

The pools and the cleanliness of the water.

Perfect SPA and wellness facilities. Exceptionally professional and kind staff. Free snacks and fruits and surely free mineral water.

Location is perfect. Very clean and well appointed. The host is welcoming and professional and ensured our stay albeit short has been to our satisfaction. Breakfast in the outdoor restaurant was also very good. Great value for the money! Will visit again next time we’re in Velingrad.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Convenient location, clean, great host, perfect for a short stay in Velingrad
