Staff, room, restaurant, spa...everything was amazing truly. Level of service from welcoming and cosy dinner in our room since we didn't get in time for regular dinner. Quality of the room, spa , food...I was truly looking for flaws but didn't manage to find them. Hotel was redone 6 years ago, but it looks better then some newer ones. Value for the money is unbeatable and really looking forward of coming back again. Putnik, amazing job!

The whole place reflects a very welcoming, warm and calming atmosphere. It is new and clean everywhere The room was spacious and very well heated.The esthetics are great- exactly what a winter mountain stay should feel like. The bathroom was warm, well maintained and clean. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The facilities were exceptional! The spa was always clean, well heated, aired and calm. The saunas were great the pool clean and warm at all times, the finish sauna has a breathtaking view, so does the whole pool. Now, before arriving there we wondered why there were no comments or photos of any food 😌 and we were a little skeptical regarding that part. When we first got at the restaurant we didn’t feel very pleased by what we saw. But! Please do not jump into any conclusions before you actually try the food! It is nothing but delicious!! To the extent that you can not stop! True, the display and the whole presentation could benefit from some updates and more modern twist but still- extremely tasty!! Home made! It is extremely local and traditional that’s also worth mentioning and keeping in mind. If you are ok with that you’ll have a blast! There are two remarks that I would definitely like to make hoping it will be improved : the meat was fresh that goes without saying, but cold. The dessert section was desperate! There were some dry cakes served over the whole stay and once there was no sugar in them- not intentionally! We personally didn’t mind and all the other things certainly outweighed it. All in all anyhow, the whole experience was exceptional and I highly recommend it. We are going back in March, that says enough.

The place is cozy, clean and close to everything you need. The host is very polite and always ready to help if you need anything. I had a great time, and will definitely visit again!

Hospitality, food, nice and warm rooms, good food in the restaurant, very polite and helpfyll staff and the owner. Absolutelly great stay.

The suite has a kitchenette, so I prepared my own meals; the room is well lit, although it is on the top floor. The bed was ample and with a solid mattress. I slept exceptionally well in the mountain air.

Odličan smeštaj, toplo preporučujem! Boravak je bio izuzetno prijatan od početka do kraja. Smeštaj je bio čist, uredan i tačno kao na slikama, a lokacija je bila idealna za sve što smo planirali. Domaćin je bio ljubazan, brz na odgovor i uvek na raspolaganju za sva pitanja. Prijava i odjava su prošle bez ikakvih problema. Krevet je bio udoban, a sve neophodno je bilo obezbeđeno. Definitivno bih se ponovo vratio i rado preporučujem ovaj smeštaj svima koji traže miran i kvalitetan boravak.
