The room is very comfortable, the views are great and the staff is exceptional and very friendly, but not overly intrusive - in particular the man at the man at the reception area, whose wife is from the area south of Chiang Mai was very kind (I apologize, my note with the name dissapeared and I have forfotten it in the meantime).
The breakfast is very nice if you like asian/thai cousine (which I do). It was great to have Khao Soi for breakfast.

It's located in soi8, bars area I'm not shallow sleep anyway staff did arrange less noise room for me, hotel is walkable to beach, 7-11 minimart is opposite, not far from Central festival shopping center. The breakfast is good spread for me. Room is spacious. I love the light decoration on the bed wall. There is kettle in room as well. The staffs has well service, attentive with smile. There are 3 swimming pools.

very spacious rooms and large bathrooms, house keeping was after lunch time, so no early disturbances. Hotel location is great for quiet nights sleep and swimming pool and lift are a bonus for this excellent value for money hotel.

The corner lodge is the best hotel .15 minutes walk away from the busy area , plenty of Thai eateries on route . Few bars to enjoy . Nice pool . Lovely clean rooms which are cleaned everyday and hotel staff very nice people . Would recommend. Will be back

Liked everything. The apartment itself was great, in a really good position next to all amenities, car park, pool, hydro pool and the clubhouse. We went to the Rocks Restaurant at Bayphere Hotel next door which was nice. The host, Emily was great. Sorted out a small issue with the toilet very quickly. Wish we'd booked a bit longer. Would recommend booking here.

Well decorated hotel, was not expecting Cuban inspired accommodation. Looked great rooms werr dark and cool.
The indoor/outdoor bar is fantastic even if you dont stay there.

I am a repeat customer because I like this place so much! Central location on 2nd road, luxury apartment tower with fully equipped gym and rooftop pool.
Just be aware that you need mobile network coverage (whatsapp) to check in (no reception - this is not a hotel). My checkin has always been smooth and fast.

Good location next to the never sleeping Soi Buakhao, massage shops (one belongs to the hotel and has top thai massage therapists), street food all night and 7/11s. Staff is nice and helpful. 2 free water bottles every morning.

Location was good, hardly 10min walk to T21 mall and Big C. It's in north pattaya, soi 1. Hotel renovated, I think it used to be Sabai Wing or Sabai Lodge before. Comes with a balcony. Great hotel to relax. Having 2 pools.

Big room, balcony and swimming pool. The room I had has not been updated but was perfectly fine. The main thing for me is that it is quiet as I have previously been in noisy places and was lacking sleep so this was great to get a couple of good nights rest.
The swimming pool is fine, not the best but it’s a budget hotel so you can’t expect too much. There are lifts and the staff are fine.

Excellent location of the condominium - right next to the beach. Beautiful sea views. The condominium has free multi-level parking, a large swimming pool and a second smaller swimming pool on the building. The condominium even has two saunas. two-story fitness room, sunbathing terrace. The apartment itself also pleased us with its own drinking water system and coffee machine! Everything we needed was there, even toothbrushes and toothpaste!). Our vacation is complete!

I wanted to truly thank the staff for the absolute fabulous experience that I had at this hotel. Great price, amazing location, great food, excellent service, spacious rooms, perfect room service. It is located away from the very touristy Pattaya, the beach is literally empty and the hotel is 1 min from the beach. It is a must visit if you a planning a beach vacation near Bangkok. Totally recommend this hotel!

Friendly & professional receptionist (male staff) with efficient “check in” and the reception area is bright & clean, with plenty of space to relax on comfortable sofas.
Our room had a comfortable bed mattress, which is a refreshing change, as from my experience visiting many hotels around Pattaya, beds often tend to be on the hard side. Here we enjoyed pleasant nights sleep!
Hotel cleaners were friendly, smiling & regularly cleaned our bedroom.

We were welcomed at this hotel by friendly receptionist lady, smooth “check in” followed by a friendly male staff member, whom happily carried our bags to suite room 301 (top floor).
Our accommodation had a sizeable lounge area, with comfortable sofa to relax and watch TV.
Our bed mattress was comfortable and decent size bed. However, see my comment about sleep disturbance below!

We booked 3 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights , travelled to phuket for a week and we like this place so much we booked back in.
We booked a Superior Double 1st time very large room. 2nd time we booked a one bedroom apartment loads more room, bath, spacious shower room, twin aircon units, large balcony.
Just again bathroom a little tired broken tiles ect.
Please don't let it put you off its a very nice hotel. And fantastic staff. Great Massage place in the lobby 👌

Although it’s a very old building with furniture and fittings to match everything worked ok. My 2nd floor apartment had a double bed, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, free Wi-Fi, en-suite toilet and hot shower. Although it’s near Tree Town entertainment Complex the room was very quiet and good for sleeping. Pattaya Beach is a 10 minute walk away. You are left alone and room cleaned on request. Basic accommodation at a reasonable cost. Good value for money. No lift.

Location....just a short walk to the beach. Just walk out from the lane and there are shops lining up the main road. 7 eleven is just directly before entering the small lane to the hotel. You can easily board the songthaew from rhe mainroad. Not much noise at night so can get good sleep.

Very well priced hotel at the start of Soi Bukhao and on bhat bus routes so close to everywhere. Room a decent size. Your room is serviced on demand which is grest if you want to sleep in . There is a small but nice pool and a reasonably equipped gym. Breakfast is buffet style with a good selection.

The staffs were very humble and helpful. The place is a bit run down but with me only needed to sleep for 6 hours and shower for my purpose there.
I had a peaceful and proper stay at Ivory Palace with cheap and nice Thai local eateries below the hotel.
