Overall, we had a very good experience at Arden Hotel. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment, while still being very quiet and relaxing. The staff were always very polite, friendly, and helpful. A special mention to Ands at reception, who welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel, and the swimming pool was always clean and well maintained. We were also very happy with the hotel restaurant. The food was good, the portions were satisfying, and the prices were very reasonable for a hotel restaurant, making it a convenient option during the day. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose Arden Hotel again. A very good combination of location, comfort, cleanliness, service, and value for money.

This was my second stay at Hilton Pattaya, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. I stayed in a spacious, beautifully appointed room overlooking the sea, with stunning views and plenty of space to relax. What truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the reception team. I had specifically requested a high-floor room, and as I arrived late for check-in and my requested room was not available, the team went above and beyond by upgrading me to what was described as the hotel’s best room for my first night. The following day, they smoothly arranged my transfer to the excellent high-floor room I had originally booked. Later during my stay, when I experienced some outside noise, the team immediately apologized and arranged another room in a quieter location, with an additional upgrade. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine commitment to guest satisfaction were truly impressive. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully organized. Every member of staff I encountered was welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. I genuinely enjoyed every part of my stay and greatly appreciated the way the team handled every request with care and professionalism. Hilton Pattaya continues to set a high standard for hospitality. I will absolutely return on my next visit to Pattaya. Highly recommended!
