Not our first time in this hotel and as before the staff was amazing, very comfortable location,love the fact that reception is 24 hours open, helps for the late flights and has a parking. The bed is the most comfortable I’ve slept on for a very long time.

I got a free room upgrade, I guess. Then, I got stuck in a disabled elevator on my way to the restaurant. It seems that not many disabled people use that elevator. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and managed to get it working again. As a gesture of goodwill, they offered me a complimentary fruit plate. For me, it was quite amusing, although I can imagine it wasn't as enjoyable for the staff.
