Jerry, head of guest services, was kind, attentive, and attempted to make up for poor experience. Jerry upgraded our room after many failed attempts of making up for the poor experience. Karen, also in customer service, apologized for only having one pool available. To make up for the lack of swimming, she told us we could enjoy free drinks in the lobby bar from 6-8 PM every day. The first night we went to have drinks and after drinking from 6-8 were told that only the nonalcoholic drinks were free. Lobby bar staff were attentive, caring, and always smiling.
