A beautiful modern brand new gem in the heart of the historic district. Just opening as a hotel, the new boutique location has apartment sized rooms with every amentiy you could ask for. The architecture and Ecuadorian decor was superb and all the amenities were perfect from a full kitchen to comfortable bed. The windows overlooking the Santa Clara church and square were charming. The talented chef prepared our breakfast each day and explained the local ingredients and recipes which were new to us. Delicious! Belen, the hotel concierge, went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and prepared for our tours, taxi service to airport and amazing recommendations for reservations for our meals. The security guard was there 24-7 at front door and made us feel so relaxed. We will stay here again if we return to visit.

The place was so quaint and quiet. It reminded me of Italy. I loved the two beautiful dogs. The owners daughter was lovely and helped us with dinner the first night we were there. The owner Marcello was amazing with his recommendations of what to do and he even drove us to the grocery store to pick up food. So amazing.
