New and clean apartment with a good location and private parking was our third time in the same place compound, so it was easy to find. Easy access to the underground parking, there is a supermarket on the street level under the building; however, it is expensive, so take a drive to one of the supermarkets

Everything was great. Fast internet, good 4k TV, very clean and nice bathroom with hot shower, good kitchen and accessories, good washing machine, all appliances are brand new, great underground parking underneath the buildind. Huge balcony. Very comfortable bed. Good air conditioner.

The apartment is nice and the view and balcony are lovely. The owner was very responsive.

It is a new building and everything was in good shape and very clean. Good parking. The grocery store on the ground floor is very useful.

The apartment is in a perfect location, close to all attractions but on a quiet street.

The owner was very polite and communicable, and he addressed the questions in a timely manner. The property is super clean, spacious, and furnished with new items. The location is great Grocery in the building Great steakhouse "casa de brasil" next to the building Private parking lot at -1 floor

All looks new and clean. Really great.

The place is spacious, a huge living room, great bedrooms and a nice porch. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can possibly need, from pots and pans down to an impressive array of glasses. Elinor, the owner, was fantastic! She sent detailed instructions for everything, was always available for our every need and, in general, made sure our stay was as easy as can be. We went down for a SCUBA diving holiday, and it was easily the best place to settle down and relax after a long day of underwater activities.
