Super super nice staff, very cute and very attentive to whatever needs, almost too much so! It was the best place and I am sure there is no better place to stay in Sigiraya, would be hard to imagine a better place m. Amazing views of both rocks, would recommend only one rock hike and spend time relaxing at this great hotel

This is a gem of a place. The location is magical with views of Sigiriya Rock across beautiful rice paddies. There are numerous birds to watch from your balcony or the rooftop lounge where you have your delicious breakfast. The rooms are simple and comfortable with AC, hot water and WiFi. You can walk to the village for restaurants, or by the rice paddies to check out the nearby lake. But the best part is the family that owns the guest house - they are absolutely wonderful and really demonstrate what hospitality is all about. We really enjoyed our time at this guest house.

We had an amazing stay in Srigriya! Everything was perfect—cozy and felt just like home. The breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. Anil and his family were incredibly hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of. The warm atmosphere and their genuine care made the experience unforgettable. The rooms are completely renovated. The dinner was absolutely delicious - we don't regret one bit for not going out for dinner to the city for our 1 night stay. Looks like they plan to do even more renovations outside. Surely recommended!

It’s a property with a soul, with decoration linked to some Sri Lanka famous movies. Rooms are great and all have a nice view to the big garden, pool and lake at the end. The restaurant is perfect, the hygiene is top, the quality of the food is great. People are super friendly. There is a great spa too with variety of massages. Ideal place to just stay and relax and/or visit some great places around. Very well decorated. A place where we will return.

    This place is unbelievable. Unlimited luxury, great design, superb service, attentive and helpful staff. And very affordable. Great sport facilities. Probably, one of the best hotel pool with a view to kill you can imagine. Their cabins in the jungle are huge and super comfy.
